題点を有していた。(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when attempting to reel raw silk, the kennel warp imparts roundness to the cocoon silk bundle and improves conjugation, but due to temperature and humidity in the air, moisture content of raw silk, etc. Subtle changes occur in the contact frictional resistance between the bundle and the fineness sensor, resulting in fluctuations in the number of cocoon grains and variations in fineness. In particular, when attempting to control the fineness of composite raw silk of cocoon silk and other fibers using the same type of fineness sensor as used for ordinary raw silk, the difference in water absorption between cocoon silk and other fibers, the mixing ratio of both, and the mixed fiber state Due to the difference in the number of fibers, the contact friction resistance between the composite raw silk and the fineness sensor varies, and a stable fineness control state cannot always be obtained.

In the fineness control method in a reeling machine, a water liquid such as water, hot water, or a chemical solution is applied to the yarn before entering the fineness sensor or to the fineness sensor to bring the yarn into contact with the fineness sensor. It is characterized by controlling variations in frictional resistance.

A stable fineness control state can be obtained by alleviating variations in contact frictional resistance.

To explain the figure, the figure shows a compound reeling machine that reels cocoon silk and other fibers while aligning and binding them. A tank (3) and a cocooning device (4) through which the cocoon filament a reeled in the reeling tank (3) is passed, and the cocoon filament a passed through the cocooning device (4) is intertwined with other fibers. A yarn threading tube (5) for carrying other fibers is placed directly below the welding device (4), and a thread concentrator (6) for passing through the threads that have been compounded and entangled by the said weaving device (4); A kennel threading mechanism (9) and a kennel warping mechanism (9) for threading the yarn that has passed through the cord collector (6) through a pair of drum wheels (7) and (8).
The yarn passed through the kennel by the drum wheel (IO) for fineness search.
A contact friction resistance type fineness sensor (11) that detects the fineness by being guided by the fineness sensor C11, and a final yarn a? J and oiling roller a3, and a small frame (l@) for winding the yarn oiled by the roller a3, and a water liquid to apply a water liquid such as water, hot water, or a chemical liquid onto the fineness sensor (Iv). Appending device (
As shown in FIG.
b), and a fiber bundle (15c) is inserted into the water conduit (15b) to promote capillary action of the aqueous liquid.
