Claims (1)
- 負荷を通断電制御するための半導体スイツチン
グ素子と、この半導体スイツチング素子を絶縁用
のセラミツクス板を介して取付ける放熱板と、こ
の放熱板が底板となるように取付けられたケース
と、前記半導体スイツチング素子をオンオフ制御
する点弧回路等の制御回路を形成した回路基板と
をケース内に収納した接触器において、前記放熱
板はケースのほぼ中心線上で、かつケースの外周
面より突出するように複数個の凸部を形成するこ
とを特徴とする接触器。
