In general, methods for perforating steel plates, etc., include the gas cutting method using a gas burner, the generation of an arc between the metal base material and the cutting electrode, and the metal being heated by the generated arc heat. An arc cutting method is used in which the material is fused and fused. When drilling holes in steel plates, etc., in a factory or the like with equipment, either a gas cutting method or an arc cutting method can be used depending on the purpose. However, when cutting or drilling steel plates, concrete, etc. at work sites such as underground mining sites, steel plate installation sites, etc., there may be times when it is not possible to use arc cutting due to unavailability or power failure. There are many conditions where it is not possible to use either the gas cutting method or the arc cutting method. Oxygen cutting is the most suitable cutting method for locations with such conditions. This oxygen cutting method includes an oxygen spear method and an oxygen arc cutting method.

In this type of oxygen cutting method, arc heat and oxidation reaction heat are generated at the tip of the lance, and the tip of the lance is sequentially burned and consumed by the heat and oxidation reaction, reducing the overall length of the lance. , gradually becoming shorter. Conventional lances for oxygen cutting and drilling, which are subject to sequential combustion and wear and tear, are made by cutting the entire length of the lance to a fixed length (approximately 2 to 3 m) using a hard steel pipe. Therefore, conventional lances for oxygen cutting and drilling are made of hard steel pipes of a fixed length (approximately 2
Use a single lance cut to ~3m), or
Or it is used as a two piece joint. For this reason, as the lance was being used, the tip of the lance would gradually burn out and wear out, and once the specified length had been used, a new lance would be attached to the torch.

Therefore, in the conventional oxygen cutting method, it is necessary to stop the work and replace the lance on the torch after every fixed length of the lance, and it takes a lot of time to replace the lance, especially when working underwater. The problem is that the work efficiency is extremely low.

This invention generates arc heat and oxidation reaction heat at the tip of the lance, and even if the tip of the lance is gradually burned and worn out due to this heat and oxidation reaction, the lance can be replaced on the torch like in the past. It is capable of continuously supplying lances without the need for supply.
A lance for oxygen cutting and perforation used in an oxygen cutting device that cuts and perforates metal, concrete, etc. by passing oxygen into a steel pipe placed in an auxiliary wire, in which a ring-shaped or spiral corrugation process is applied to the steel pipe constituting the lance. In addition, this is the above-mentioned auxiliary wire with a twist added to it.

In the figure, a lance 420 is constructed by twisting and inserting a plurality of auxiliary combustion wires 3 made of iron, aluminum, etc. into a cylindrical steel pipe 1. A ring-shaped corrugate 2 is formed on this steel pipe 1, and the steel pipe 1 is configured to have flexibility as a whole. This steel pipe 1 may be a spiral corrugate instead of the ring-shaped corrugate 2. That is, the steel pipe 1 only needs to be corrugated. Therefore, a gap 4 is formed between the steel pipe 1 and the auxiliary wire 3, and a gap 5 is formed between the wires of the auxiliary wire 3. These gaps 4 and 5 are supplied with oxygen for cutting and drilling and oxygen for auxiliary combustion, which are supplied from an oxygen cylinder 460 shown in FIG.

In the figure, a lance 520 is used for cutting and drilling steel plates etc. underwater, and is a cylindrical steel pipe 1 that is made of twisted iron, aluminum, etc. The auxiliary combustion wire 3 is inscribed in the inner wall surface of the steel pipe 1 and arranged in a ring shape, and the steel pipe 1 is covered with a coating material 11. A ring-shaped corrugate 2 is formed on this steel pipe 1, and the steel pipe 1 is configured to have flexibility as a whole.

Although not inserted, a pipe-shaped combustion auxiliary material 14 made of overlapping steel strips is arranged inside the steel pipe 12. Further, a ring-shaped corrugate 13 is formed on the steel pipe 12, and the steel pipe 12 is configured to have flexibility as a whole. This steel pipe 12 may be a spiral corrugate instead of the ring-shaped corrugate 2. That is, the steel pipe 12 only needs to be corrugated. Also,
The steel pipe 12 is covered with a coating material 15. Further, the layer of the covering material 15 has a structure having enough flexibility to sufficiently correspond to the flexibility of the steel pipe 12. Furthermore, when the lances are wound around the drum 550, they also have insulating properties to prevent short circuits between the lances. In this way, the lance 10 shown in FIG. 6 is used by supplying oxygen to the combustion auxiliary material 14 provided inside the steel pipe 12 and the base material 300 which is the material to be cut.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the lance is not made by cutting the entire length of the lance to a fixed length (approximately 2 to 3 m) from a hard steel pipe as in the past.
The steel tube and inner tube are corrugated in a ring shape, spiral shape, etc., making the entire lance flexible, making it possible to manufacture endless long lances, and drum winding. ,
It can be rolled up into bundles for easy storage and transportation.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the steel tube and inner tube can be processed with corrugations such as bellows and spiral to make the lance endlessly long, so it can be stored in drums, bundles, etc. This eliminates the need to stop the work after each set length and attach a new lance to the torch, unlike in the conventional method, where the lance gradually burns and wears out from the tip and is used for a set length. , it can be used continuously for a long time, and the efficiency of drilling and cutting work can be greatly improved.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, conventional lances were constructed from hard steel pipes, which could not be bent, and were made by cutting the entire length of the lance to a fixed length. The steel tube and inner tube have corrugations such as bellows and spirals, so the lance can be bent freely and has improved operability even in tight spaces. can do.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since the auxiliary wires inserted into the steel pipe are twisted, when the lance is bent, the auxiliary wires do not have an extreme bending difference, and can be used normally. When the bending length is longer than the twist pitch length, the length of each auxiliary wire can be made uniform.
