Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、給電のために可動の機器特に可動の
通信工業機器のための、接点保護装置を備えた電
気接点形成装置に関する。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 電気機器特に例えば無線電話用の手持式無線機
の再充電可能な給電時には、充電装置（給電装
置）のための接続部（接点）が隠されかつ保護さ
れて配置されていることが望ましい。
ゆえに本発明の課題は、充電装置に手持ち式機
器を載せた際に自動的に解除される錠止装置もし
くは接点保護装置を備えた電気接点形成装置を提
供することである。
問題点を解決するための手段 この課題を解決するために本発明の構成では、
可動の機器の接点が機器ケーシングの内部におい
て、差込み方向に対して直角に機器ケーシング内
において摺動可能な閉鎖プレートの後ろに配置さ
れており、該閉鎖プレートが休止位置においては
ばねによつて閉じられていて、外方に向かつて溝
を有しており、外溝に、対応接点を備えた給電装
置のケーシングに設けられた操作ロツドの突起が
係合して、閉鎖プレートを接点形成前にばねの押
圧力に抗して側方に移動させ、両接点による接点
形成のための道を開放するようになつている。
実施例 次に図面につき本発明の実施例を説明する。
本発明にとつて重要な区分が符号２で示されて
いる手持ち式無線機は給電用の接点プラグ１（接
点）を有しており、この接点プラグ１はケーシン
グのなかに隠されて配置されている。ケーシング
壁の下側に設けられた開口をおおうために、閉鎖
プレート３がケーシング壁に対して平行に摺動可
能に設けられている。閉鎖プレート３は付加部を
用いてばね４によつてブロツクに向かつてプレロ
ードをかけられており、従つて接点プラグ１はこ
の閉鎖プレート３によつておおわれている。閉鎖
プレート３は外方に向かつて溝５を有し、この溝
には操作ロツド７の突起６が係合する。操作ロツ
ド７はこの場合充電装置である給電装置８の蓋１
０に摺動可能に支承されている。この場合突起６
は蓋１０における開口１８を貫いて閉鎖プレート
３の溝５に係合するようになつている。
閉鎖プレート７がばね４の力に抗して操作され
ると、開口１８は両接点１と９による接点形成の
ために開放される。この場合符号９は給電装置８
から突出している接点ピンである。
動作を自動化するために以下の装置が設けられ
ている。すなわち給電装置８の蓋１０は一方の側
では図面の右外にあるヒンジ（図示せず）によつ
て可動に保持されている。また他方の側において
操作ロツド７の延長部はケーシング開口を貫通し
ていて、その端部に、湾曲した溝１２に係合する
ローラ１１を有している。蓋１０に手持ち式無線
機を載せた後でこの蓋１０が押し下げられると、
ローラ１１は溝１２内において転動し、操作ロツ
ド７を終端位置に完全に引張り、この際に同時に
これによつて生じる開口を通して給電装置の接点
ピン９は手持ち式無線機の接点プラグ１に係合す
る。
製作誤差を補償するためにローラ１１はその軸
１３に対して直角に可動に案内されていて、ばね
１４によつてプレロードをかけられている。
発明の効果 以上述べたことからわかるように本発明のよう
に構成されていると、相互の協働により手持ち式
無線機と給電装置との間において自動的な接点形
成を生ぜしめる配置形式が得られ、この場合手持
ち式無線機のような機器は持ち上げられた状態に
おいては密に錠止されてその接点を保護されてい
る。

第１図は手持ち式機器の接点形成のために重要
な部分と充電装置とを非接点形成状態で示す図、
第２図は本発明による電気接点形成装置を接点形
成状態で示す図である。 １……接点プラグ、２……区分、３……閉鎖プ

……操作ロツド、８……給電装置、９……接点ピ
ン、１０……蓋、１１……ローラ、１２……溝、

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 給電のために可動の機器のための、接点保護
    装置を備えた電気接点形成装置であつて、可動の
    機器の接点１が機器ケーシングの内部において、
    差込み方向に対して直角に機器ケーシング内にお
    いて摺動可能な閉鎖プレート３の後ろに配置され
    ており、該閉鎖プレートが休止位置においてはば
    ね４によつて閉じられていて、外方に向かつて溝
    ５を有しており、該溝に、対応接点９を備えた給
    電装置８のケーシングに設けられた操作ロツド７
    の突起６が係合して、閉鎖プレート３を接点形成
    前にばね４の押圧力に抗して側方に移動させ、両
    接点１，９による接点形成のための道を開放する
    ようになつていることを特徴とする、接点保護装
    置を備えた電気接点形成装置。 ２ 操作ロツド７がスライダとして給電装置８
    の、ヒンジによつて旋回可能な蓋１０の内側に配
    置されていて、一端にローラ１１を有しており、
    該ローラが、給電装置ケーシングに設けられた湾
    曲した溝１２に係合していて、蓋１０への押圧力
    負荷時に湾曲した溝１２内において転動して同時
    に行われる閉鎖プレート３の溝５への突起６の係
    合下で閉鎖プレート３を開放するようになつてい
    る、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の電気接点形成装
    置。 ３ ローラ１１の軸１３が製作誤差の補償のため
    に、該軸長手方向に対して直角にばね１４によつ
    てプレロードをかけられている、特許請求の範囲
    第２項記載の電気接点形成装置。
