Connecting portions 16 and 17 having a substantially U-shape between a and 15a
.. Connecting parts 21 and 2 are connected by 18 and 1, and the contact piece part 20 and the base end parts 15a and lla form a substantially U-shape.
2, and the contact piece part 20 and the base end part 13a are connected by a connecting conductor 23, and the base ends 11a and 14a have fixed contacts llb and 14b extending upwardly. The base end 13a and the contact piece 20 have through holes 13b.
and 20a are stamped, and tongue pieces 12b and 15b are cut into the proximal ends 12a and 15a (see FIG. 3). Such a terminal structure 10
is bent so that the tips of the terminals 11 to 15 are oriented downward and the tongues 12b and 15b are oriented upward, so that the tips of the terminals 11, 12, and 13 are on the same straight line. Located in Terminal 1
The tips of terminals 4 and 15 are arranged so as to face terminals 11 and 13, respectively, and to be located on the same straight line (see FIG. 4). The terminal structure 10 that has been press-bent in this way is set in a mold (not shown) for molding the insulating substrate 3, and then the insulating substrate 3 is integrally molded with plastic by the mold. This is what is called insert molding. By this insert molding, the base end portions 11a to 15a and the contact portions 20 of the terminals 11 to 15 are located on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 3, and the variously bent intermediate portions of the terminals 11 to 15 are buried in the insulating substrate 3. and terminals 11 to 1
5 is adapted to protrude downward from the lower surface of the insulating substrate 3, and furthermore, the connecting portions 16 to 19 and 21 and 22 of the terminal structure 10 extend outward from the periphery of the insulating substrate 3. It is designed to protrude (see Figure 5). The through hole 13 in the proximal end 13a of the Yuichi terminal 13
b, the through holes 20a of the contact piece portion 20, and these through holes 13
Silver studs are driven into through holes formed in the insulating substrate 3 corresponding to b and 20a, thereby forming fixed contacts 24 and 25. After that, the connecting parts 16 to 19 and 21 and 2 protrude outward from the peripheral part of the insulating substrate 3.
2 is cut off by press cutting, and thus terminals 11 to 15 become independent (see Figure 6).
. However, the connecting conductor 23 is connected to the connecting terminal 13 and the contact piece 20.
remains connected.

Contact parts 8a and 9a
The knob 5 is held in its original horizontal position by pressing the central part of the knob 5. Incidentally, 26 is a connector connected to the tips of the terminals 11 to 15, whereby a power window motor 27 is connected between the terminals 12 and 15, and the terminal 13 is connected to the positive (+) terminal 28 of the battery. The terminals 11.14 are connected to ground (see FIG. 7).

a and 6b come to press one sloped surface (the right sloped surface in FIG. 1) of the sliding contact parts 8a and 9a of the movable contacts 8 and 9, and the movable contact 8 swings in the opposite direction of the arrow 31. Then, it separates from the fixed contact llb and comes into contact with the fixed contact 24. Note that the movable contact 9 remains in contact with the fixed contact 14b. As a result, the positive terminal 28, the terminal 13. Fixed contact 24. Movable contact 8. Tongue piece 12b, terminal 12, power window motor 27. Terminal 15. Tongue piece 15b. Movable contact 9, fixed contact 14b. Current flows in one direction through the power window motor 27 through the path between the terminal 14 and the ground, and the power window motor 27 rotates forward, for example, to move the window in the opening direction. Then, when the pressing operation force on the knob 5 is released, the pressing protrusion 6a of the pressure contact 6
, 6b slide down one slope of the sliding contact portions 8a, 9a of the movable contacts 8, 9, the knob 5 returns to its horizontal original position, and the movable contact 8 swings back in the direction of the arrow 31. The power window motor 27 is separated from the fixed contact 24 and the power is cut off. Also, when the knob 5 is pressed and rotated in the opposite direction of the arrow 31, the pressing protrusions 6a and 6b of the pressure contact 6 are pressed.
comes to press the other inclined surface (the left inclined surface in FIG. 1) of the sliding contact portions 8a and 9a of the movable contact 8.9, and the movable contact 9 swings in the direction of arrow 31, and the fixed contact 14b and comes into contact with the fixed contact 25. Note that the movable contact 8 remains in contact with the fixed contact llb.

1a to 15a and the contact piece 20 are connected by the connecting parts 16 to 19 and 21 and 22. Since the terminal structure 10 is integrally formed by press punching of a plate material, the terminals 11 to 15 and the contact piece Compared to the conventional method in which the parts 20 were individually press punched, manufacturing is simplified, and since there is no need to manage the terminals 11 to 15 and the contact piece part 20 individually, parts management is also facilitated. Furthermore, since the terminal structure 10, which is made up of the terminals 11 to 15 and the contact piece part 20, can be set in a mold for molding the insulating substrate 3, these terminals 11 to 15 and the contact piece part 20 can be separately assembled. Compared to the conventional method of setting the mold in the mold, it requires less time and effort.
It has excellent manufacturability. Moreover, since the connecting portions 16 to 19 and 21 and 22 of the terminal structure 10 can be cut off at the same time using a press cutter after insert molding the insulating substrate 3, there is an advantage that post-processing is easy.

A terminal structure in which the proximal ends of a plurality of terminals are connected is integrally formed by press punching a plate material, and an insulating substrate is integrally molded from plastic by inserting this terminal structure, and then,
Since the connecting parts protruding from the periphery of the insulating board are cut off, the terminal is easy to manufacture, parts management is easy, and setting the terminal into the oval mold does not require any effort. This provides excellent effects such as excellent manufacturability.
