Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 関節を有するとともに関節位置を検出する位置
検出器を備えたロボツトが衝突したことを検出す
るロボツトの衝突検出装置であつて、 前記位置検出器の検出信号を基に関節の実際の
位置を示す検出位置θｆを求める検出位置算出部
と、 関節の目標位置を示す指令位置θｒを出す指令
位置算出部と、 検出位置θｆと指令位置θｒとの偏差である位
置偏差量Ｐｅを求める位置偏差量算出部と、 指令位置θｒの変化率である指令速度θｒを求
める指令速度算出部と、 位置偏差量Ｐｅの変化率である位置偏差変化率
Ｐｅを求めるとともに、指令速度θｒと位置偏差
変化率Ｐｅとの比Ｐｅ／θｒを求め、この比Ｐｅ
／θｒが急変したときにロボツトが衝突したと判
定する衝突検出部と、を有することを特徴とする
ロボツトの衝突検出装置。
