The screw feeder 5 spreads the asphalt mixture uniformly in the width direction of the road, and then the asphalt mixture is fed to the screw feeder 5 at the rear of the vehicle body 2. The road is paved by compacting it with a screed 6 provided at the rear of the road.

However, in the asphalt mixture dispersing apparatus shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the asphalt mixture is transferred in the right and left screw feeders 5 in the directions indicated by arrows A and B, respectively. Since they are in one direction and in opposite directions, the flow of the asphalt mixture in the overlapped portion of the two becomes complicated, which worsens the dispersibility of the asphalt mixture and also causes the screw feeder 5 to rotate. The problem is that a large amount of power is required for this purpose. Furthermore, since the pair of screw feeders 5 are disposed on substantially a single horizontal plane, there is a problem in that they protrude significantly toward the rear of the vehicle body 2.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention transfers the asphalt mixture carried by the conveyance means to the left side from the center in the width direction of the traveling vehicle body, behind the conveyance means for conveying the asphalt mixture. A left front screw feeder for transporting to the right side and a right front screw feeder for transferring to the right side are provided with their axial directions aligned with each other from side to side, and the left front screw feeder is disposed diagonally at the rear lower part of the left front screw feeder. The left rear screw feeder receives the asphalt mixture sent to the left by the Eufeeder and transfers the asphalt mixture to the left. The right rear screw feeder, which receives the asphalt mixture sent to the right by the rear screw feeder and transfers the asphalt mixture to the right, is moved along a guide rail whose position can be adjusted up and down. The supporting arm and the connecting arm are provided with a support arm and a connecting arm that support each other with their axial directions aligned left and right, and are movable individually to the left and right. It has a configuration in which the motors are connected.

When 2b protrudes to the side of the traveling vehicle body 2, the amount of overlap with the front screw feeders 11a and 11b changes, but even if this amount of overlap changes, as described above, the transfer direction There is no change in the asphalt mixture, and therefore, smooth dispersion of the asphalt mixture is maintained.

る。 In addition, when the amount of asphalt mixture is reduced in order to reduce the thickness of the pavement, if the height of the rear screw feeders 12a, 12b from the road surface is too high, the rear screw feeders 12a, 12b
The asphalt mixture does not reach all the way to the outer edge of the road surface, resulting in an inconvenience that the pavement thickness on the side of the road surface becomes extremely thin. In such a case, the nut 34 is rotated to raise and lower the guide rail 21 relative to the frame 13, thereby adjusting the height of each rear screw feeder 12a, 12b from the road surface to be lower.

容易かつ迅速に行うことができる。[Effect of the invention] As explained above, the dispersion device for asphalt composite material in an asphalt finisher or the like according to the present invention disperses the asphalt material conveyed by the conveyance means behind the conveyance means for conveying the asphalt mixture. A left front screw feeder that transfers the mixed material from the center in the width direction of the traveling vehicle body to the left side and a right front screw feeder that transfers the mixed material to the right side are provided with their axial directions aligned with each other left and right, and the left front portion At the rear diagonal lower part of the screw feeder, there is also a left rear screw feeder that receives the asphalt mixture sent leftward by the left front screw feeder and transfers the asphalt mixture to the left. At the rear diagonal lower part of the right front screw feeder, there is a right rear screw feeder that receives the asphalt mixture sent to the right by the right front screw feeder and transfers the asphalt mixture to the right. is supported by a support arm and a connecting arm that move along a guide rail whose position is adjustable up and down, with their axial directions aligned with each other in the left and right directions, and is provided so as to be movable individually in the left and right directions. Both front screw feeders and both rear screw feeders are connected to drive motors, so each rear screw feeder can be individually moved left and right to move the left and right sides of the vehicle. By adjusting the amount of protrusion from the part, it is possible to easily and quickly change the dispersion width of the asphalt mixture on both the left and right sides of the vehicle body.

ることができる。 In addition, since the transport direction of the asphalt mixture is the same in the entire overlapped area between the front screw feeder and the rear screw feeder, it is particularly possible to prevent the asphalt mixture from accumulating in the overlapping area of the two. The flow becomes smoother, and the rotational resistance exerted on each screw feeder by the asphalt mixture is reduced as much as possible, and as a result, the driving force required for dispersing the asphalt mixture can be significantly reduced.

It is possible to suppress the protrusion of the rear screw feeder toward the rear of the vehicle body by filling it with
By adjusting the vertical position of the rear screw feeder according to the paving thickness of the asphalt mixture, the asphalt mixture can be dispersed even better.
