Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a heel-protecting sock previously preventing cracking or dry roughening of heel, tough and having heat-keeping and moisture-keeping function by making a heel part to double cloth composition bonded with heat set through a thermoplastic elastomer film. CONSTITUTION:In a heel part, preferably polyolefin films 5 are bonded on both sides of a thermoplastic elastomer film 4 and resultant laminated film made of synthetic resins is inserted between heavy cloths 2 and 3, then resultant system is joined by heat set to afford the aimed heel-protecting sock.
