スラブ3の打設形成時に位置精度良く設ける必要があっ
たが、実際施工においてはスミ出しずれを生じたり、天
井目地との調整が必要になる等、照明器具2の設置位置
に変更が生じることも少なくなかった。この様な場合に
はインサート6を打ち直して照明器具2を設置する必要
があり、施工能率が低下すると云う問題点があった。ま
た、全ネジボルト7による照明器具2の設置作業そのも
のが、面倒で煩雑であると云う問題点もあった。 したがって、照明器具2の設置位置の変更に容易に対応
可能であり、しかも設置作業を能率良く行うことの出来
る照明器具の設置方法が求められていた。

置する必要のあったインサートと、螺合に時間が掛かっ
ていた全ネジボルトが不要となったばかりでなく、スラ
ブ筋に一端を固定した懸吊手段により斜め吊りすること
が出来るので、位置すれ、設計変更等があっても容易に
対応することが出来る。したがって、照明器具を天井部
材の目地等に合わせて速やかに設置することが可能であ
り、施工能率の大幅な向上が図れる様になった。
