When monitoring and controlling equipment using a production system, conventionally, a certain sampling period is set, and the third sampling period is set within that period.
As shown in the figure, data acquisition, status determination, inference, etc. were performed on the monitoring and control device l side. In FIG. 3, 2 is a device to be controlled.

Therefore, the execution of the above-mentioned inference etc. needs to be completed within the sampling time, but for this reason, the CPU for execution must operate efficiently. Furthermore, if the sampling period is extended in order to perform correct monitoring and control, there is a problem that real-time performance is not satisfied. Also the third
In the configuration shown in the figure, even when inference is not performed, data acquisition and status determination must be performed on the monitoring and control device l side.
You end up wasting your time using CPtJ. In other words, inferences are not performed constantly, but are performed when the situation calls for inference.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an embodiment, in which a controlled device 12 performs processes such as data acquisition and status determination that were conventionally performed by a monitoring and control device. That is, the controlled device 12 is provided with a processing unit 13, and this processing unit 13 determines whether or not the device 12 is in an abnormal state in which inference should be performed.
The device sends a set of data representing its status. The supervisory control device 11 executes inference when the set of data is transmitted from the controlled device 12 (when an event occurs). A set of data that the supervisory control device 11 receives upon occurrence of an event is shown, for example, as shown in FIG. In this way, data for activating inference is sent to the supervisory control device 11 only when a specific state such as an abnormality occurs, and unlike conventional sampling control, this eliminates unnecessary sampling and state judgment. CPU
can be used effectively.
