スとの接続点にカソードが接続されたツエナーダ
イオードと、 前記電源ラインと前記メイントランジスタのベ
ースとの間に挿入された抵抗値の小さな駆動抵抗
およびベース電流調整用トランジスタからなる直
列回路と、 前記出力ラインの立ち上がりによつて前記ベー
ス電流調整用トランジスタを導通し、出力ライン
の一定以上の電圧降下によつてベース電流調整用
トランジスタを遮断する制御用トランジスタ とを備えていることを特徴とする電源制御回路
