Claims (1)
- 出力電圧と、基準電圧と、誤差増幅器と、該誤
差増幅器の出力によつてそのベース側が制御され
る制御用トランジスタとを含む安定化電源回路に
おいて、ＰＮＰトランジスタのベースがＮＰＮト
ランジスタのコレクタに接続され、前記ＰＮＰト
ランジスタのコレクタが前記ＮＰＮトランジスタ
のベースに接続されてなる等価サイリスタのアノ
ードをなす前記ＰＮＰトランジスタのエミツタが
前記制御用トランジスタのベースに接続され、前
記等価サイリスタのカソードをなす前記ＮＰＮト
ランジスタのエミツタが出力端子に接続され、前
記等価サイリスタのゲートをなす前記ＮＰＮトラ
ンジスタのベースが、第１、第２の抵抗の接続点
に接続され、前記第２抵抗が該制御用トランジス
タのエミツタと第３抵抗との接続点に接続され、
前記第３抵抗の他の一端が出力端子に接続された
ことを特徴とする改良された保護回路を備えた安
定化電源回路。
