- 水銀蒸気を封入し内部に電極を有するガラス管
電極と、該ガラス管電極の外周面に対して流動す
る空気を介して対向せしめた多孔電極と、上記ガ
ラス管電極と多孔電極間に高電圧を印加して無声
放電を起こさせる高圧電源とを備えたことを特徴
とするオゾン発生装置。
