Air pump type devices have strong suction power and are efficient, but they are not portable and are expensive.
The dropper type is convenient to carry and inexpensive, but it lacks suction power, and cannot remove solder sufficiently unless it is used in conjunction with a suction method using a copper braided wire.

The method of directly sucking up the melted solder using a copper braided wire is the most commonly used method because it is extremely convenient to carry and handle, can be sucked up reliably, and is inexpensive.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Conventionally, the copper braided wire used for solder blotting has a thin tape shape and is provided in a state where it is wound in layers around a winding frame as shown in Fig. 4. Pinch the terminal with your fingers and pull it out, place it on the contact point, melt the solder with a hot soldering iron, let it absorb into the copper braided wire, and cut off the absorbed part with nippers.

Although this is a relatively precise manual process, the copper braided wire winding frame (see Figure 4), which has traditionally been the most commonly used method, has the disadvantage that the optimum length for the suction work cannot always be obtained. However, if it is too long, you will not be able to operate it freely, the high heat will often cause burns to your fingertips, and you will have to constantly rely on needle-nose pliers, nippers, etc., which will slow down your work and cause various inconveniences. There were many.

Therefore, it is desirable to have a simple and inexpensive copper braided wire feeding device that can be operated freely, such as being able to continuously take out the required amount of copper braided wire and rewinding it immediately when too much is taken out. was.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the entire structure of the present invention's copper braided wire feeding tool (hereinafter simply referred to as feeding tool), and its size is such that it can be held in the palm of a person's hand. FIG. 2 shows this disassembled into its constituent parts, and the structure of the present feeding tool will be described below in order.

First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the main body frame A for housing each part has a back plate 1 hanging from the longitudinal edge of the back side of a rectangular bottom plate 4. The rear corner of the upper edge of the back plate (on the left side in the drawing) is preferably arcuate and follows the arcuate portion of the main body frame cover 5, which will be described later. And closer to the upper edge of the back plate in the direction of extension (on the right side of the drawing)
The notch is formed at an angle of approximately 40 degrees.
Further, the take-up frame shaft 2 is firmly erected at a position near the rear of the longitudinal center line of the back plate divided into three equal parts.

Next, the take-up frame cover 6 shown in FIG. 2C is slightly wider than the main body frame cover 5 shown in FIG.
It is formed into a cylindrical shape with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the cylinder, and a pipe-shaped guide cylinder 7 is formed to protrude from approximately the center of the front surface (in the feeding direction) of the cylinder. The inner diameter of the guide tube gradually decreases from the base toward the tip, and the front side is opened in a U-shape, leaving a part of the tip.

This guide tube becomes a passage for leading out the copper braided wire 19 of the winding frame 15 (FIG. 2F) housed in the winding frame cover 6, but when passing the copper braided wire all the way to the tip, The presence of the notch is an essential requirement.
That is, the copper braided wire is inserted through this notch opening using radio pliers or tweezers. Therefore, as can be understood from the above-mentioned circumstances, the inner diameter of the guide tube 7 is designed depending on the width of the copper braided wire used, and it is appropriate to set the inner diameter to about 3 mm to 5 mm.

Next, the feed plate 8 shown in FIG.
It is fixed in the lower position of the guide tube 7. The front part of the feed plate has a curved shape and is installed so as to be in contact with the lower surface of a roller 11 shown in FIG. 2E described later for feeding the copper braided wire. That is, it maintains an appropriate distance from the bottom plate 4 and functions as a leaf spring. In addition, by fitting a pipe-shaped front end guide tube 9 to the tip end of the feed plate, and further fitting a tip cap 10 made of a different material to the tip of the front end guide tube, the copper braided wire is unwound from the winding frame 15. A passageway will be created.

The front end guide tube has a socket 9a connected to the feed plate 8.
If a U-shaped cut is made at an appropriate depth from the part toward the front end, it is possible to see how the copper braided wire is being fed out, and it also has the effect of dissipating conductive heat. It is appropriate that the tip end opening of the tip cap 10 has a horizontal rectangular shape with a long side of 3 to 5 mm and a short side of about 1.5 to 2 mm.

Further, the roller 11 is rotatably installed through the front end of the roller frame 13 via a roller support pin 12. The roller is always kept in soft contact with the feed plate 8 due to its own weight, and the tip of the copper braided wire 19 that has advanced onto the feed plate is sandwiched between the feed plate and the copper by the rotation of the roller. It has the effect of letting out and returning the braided wire.

Next, the winding frame 15 shown in FIG.
Through a hole drilled through the center of the axis connecting between 8',
It is rotatably inserted into the take-up frame shaft 2. The outer spacing of the winding frame is approximately the same as the width of the winding frame cover 6 shown in FIG. 2C. A cylindrical correction knob 16 with a hole that fits into the take-up frame shaft 2 is arranged in parallel on the front side of the main feeding tool, that is, at the center of the outside of the collar 18' on the front side in the drawing. The winding frame 15 rotates integrally with the winding frame 15.

Further, a rubber ring 17 having an appropriate thickness and diameter is fitted onto the winding frame shaft 2 to prevent the winding frame from coming off. Note that by forming the tip of the winding frame shaft into a screw shape, the rubber ring 17 cannot be easily moved, so that the effect of holding the winding frame can be enhanced.

(Function) To use the feeding tool of the present invention, first the take-up frame 1
5 is removed, an appropriate amount of copper braided wire is wound thereon, and then the winding frame cover 6 is loaded again. At this time, by fitting the rubber ring 17 into the correction knob 16 so as to make soft contact with it, natural rotation of the winding frame is prevented, and at the same time, stability when the copper braided wire is fed out is assisted.

Next, as shown in Fig. 3, place the main feeding tool in the palm of your left hand, and while lightly pressing the roller 11 with your thumb,
When rotated counterclockwise, the copper braided wire will move to the feed plate 8.
Due to the repulsive force and the pressing force of the rollers 11, it moves forward very smoothly, enters the front end guide tube 9 from the socket 9a, and then is fed out to the target position via the tip cap 10, where it can be used for solder blotting.
If the copper braided wire has come out too much, you can easily bring it back by turning the roller clockwise. If you have put out a lot of copper braided wire, you can easily wind it around the take-up frame 15 by turning the correction knob 16 backwards. It is irreversible, freely, and allows the copper braided wire to be taken in and out continuously or intermittently.

The materials for each component may be either synthetic resin or metal, but preferably both may be used in combination, taking into consideration the characteristics, cost, etc. The front end guide tube 9 is preferably made of metal in order to dissipate heat, and the tip cap 10 is made of, for example, Teflon or the like in order to stably maintain the high temperature at that point during solder removal. It is preferable to mold it from a heat-resistant resin material and attach it to the tip of the front end guide tube 9.

With the conventional take-up frame (Fig. 4), the amount of copper braided wire that is fed out is not stable, so the work must be carried out with needle-nose pliers, nippers, etc. for assistance from start to finish.
Therefore, not only was it inefficient, but accidents such as burns were always occurring due to the high heat. However, the proposed feeding tool eliminates all of these drawbacks and ensures accurate and safe work. Ivy.
