In the above-mentioned parking facility, when there is only one vehicle in the parking lot, the direction is changed immediately after entering the parking lot, and when there are multiple vehicles in the parking lot, in order to hurry the parking, the parking facility only enters the parking lot without changing direction. usually occurs. In such cases, the manager checks the orientation of the vehicles in the cage just before leaving the garage, and if the vehicle has not yet turned, press the turn button on the driver's panel to perform the turning process before leaving the garage.
The driving panel of conventional circulating mobile parking equipment is equipped with actual vehicle lamps that display the presence or absence of vehicles in each cage. It wasn't set up. Therefore, the reality is that the manager visually checks the direction of the vehicle just before leaving the garage through the viewing window of the entry/exit door, and it is important to take prompt action when leaving the garage. There was a problem that I couldn't do it.

The status display lamp 19 has a configuration as shown in FIG. 3, for example, and displays information on whether the car is in operation or not, and whether the car is turning or not turning, for each cage. Each status indicator lamp 19 includes, for example, a red light emitting diode 22 and a green light emitting diode 23, and each diode is connected to a DC 12V power source via an actual vehicle indicator contact 24 and a turning status contact 25 in series. Each actual vehicle display contact 24 is closed when a vehicle is mounted in the corresponding cage (when the vehicle is actually vehicle), and is opened when the vehicle is empty. This opening and closing is effected, for example, by providing a photoelectric device in each cage to sense the presence of a vehicle. On the other hand, each turning state contact 25 is connected to the green light emitting diode 23 side when the vehicle in the corresponding cage is changing direction (when turning).
When not turning, it is connected to the red light emitting diode 22 side.

The changeover switch 11 switches between interlocking and single-action rotation. When linked, rotation and cage call are linked,
When a new cage call is made using the cage call numeric keypad 18, the vehicle (if any) in the cage (entrance cage) that was called to the vehicle entry position by the previous cage call has been turned. , new cage call processing is performed. When the car is single-acting, turning is not performed by a car call, and the direction of vehicles in each cage can be changed individually by operating the entrance car turning processing button 15 or by operating the continuous automatic turning button 16. This is done continuously and automatically.

The entrance cage turning process button 15 is mainly used when the vehicle in the cage to be summoned for exit has not yet turned. Immediately thereafter, the entrance cage turning process button 15 is operated to change the direction of the vehicle. The continuous automatic turning button 16 is used when entering and exiting the garage is interrupted, and if this button is operated when one or more status display lamps are lit in red (actual vehicle/unturned), the cages that have not been turned will be called out one after another. The direction change process of the vehicle is automatically performed sequentially.

FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing in detail the operation and handling of the above-described mobile parking facility according to the present invention. First, the case of warehousing will be explained. If the manager determines in step S1 that there is a warehousing request, then in step S2, the manager determines whether or not there is a continuous warehousing request (there are multiple vehicles waiting to be warehousing). If it is a continuous warehousing request, the changeover switch 11 is set to single action in step S3, and preparations are made to perform the warehousing process sequentially without performing the turning process. If it is not a continuous warehousing request, the changeover switch 11 is set to interlock in step S4, and preparations are made to perform the turning process in conjunction with the car call.

Next, in step S5, the manager determines whether the empty cage is on the floor (in the vehicle entry position), and if it is on the floor, the manager moves to step S8 and immediately performs the warehousing process. As a result, the photoelectric device provided in the cage senses the vehicle, the corresponding actual vehicle display contact 24 (FIG. 3) closes, and the corresponding status display lamp 19 (FIG. 2) lights up in red. If no empty cage has landed, the process moves to step S6, and the manager inputs the number of any one of the cages whose status display lamp 19 is off (that is, empty cages) using the cage call numeric keypad 18. , performs an empty cage call operation. Next, the process moves to step S7, and car call processing is automatically performed according to the set conditions, and then, in step S8, warehousing is performed.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing in detail the cage call processing operation at step S7. Step S
9 and step S10, it is determined whether the entrance cage is an actual vehicle and the changeover switch 11 is set to interlock, and if so, step S1
1, a turning process for the vehicle in the entrance cage is performed. As a result, the corresponding turning state contact 25 is connected to the green light emitting diode 23 side, and the corresponding state display lamp 19 lights up in green. The determination as to whether the vehicle is a real vehicle or not is made based on, for example, the output of the above-mentioned photoelectric device. Next, proceed to step S12,
The number of the car that has undergone the turning process is registered in, for example, a memory. Next, the process moves to step S13, and the car whose number was previously input using the car call numeric keypad 18 is called to the vehicle entry position. When the entrance car is empty or when the selector switch 11 is set to single action, the process moves from step S9 or step S10 to step S13, and the car is called immediately.

Next, the case of shipping will be explained. If the manager determines in step S14 that there is a request for exit, the manager then determines in step S15 whether or not the exit cage is on the floor. If the car has not landed on the floor, the manager enters the number of the outgoing car using the car call numeric keypad 18 in step S16, and performs an outgoing car call operation. Next, the process moves to step S17, where cage call processing is similar to step S7 described above (details are given in step 5).

Subsequently, the process moves to step S22, and delivery is performed. If the vehicle in the delivery cage has already turned, the process moves from step S18 to step S22 and the vehicle is delivered. As a result, the corresponding actual vehicle display contact 24 (FIG. 3) is opened, and the corresponding status display lamp 19 is turned off. At the same time, the corresponding turning state contact 25 is switched to the red light emitting diode 22 side in the initial state. Next step S23
The process moves to , and the registration of the turned delivery cage is cleared.

Next, continuous automatic turning processing will be explained. When loading and unloading is interrupted, the manager operates the continuous automatic rotation button 16 in step S24. As a result, the operations described below are automatically performed. First, in step S25, it is determined whether or not there is an unturned cage (an actual car that has not been turned). This determination is made, for example, based on the output of the photoelectric device and the presence or absence of turning registration. If there is an unturned car, the process moves to step S26 to call any one of the unturned cars to the vehicle entry position, then in step S27 the process of turning the unturned car is performed, and then in step S28.
The rotation registration of the number of the cage is performed.

Next, in step S29, it is determined whether there is an interrupt request. This interrupt request is provided to give priority to cage call processing for entering and exiting the warehouse.
For example, if the car call numeric keypad 18 is operated during continuous automatic turning processing operation, this may be set as an interrupt request. If there is an interrupt request, step S29
The process then proceeds to step S13, where a car call process for the number inputted using the car call numeric keypad 18 is performed. Thereafter, step S8 or step S18 is performed depending on the purpose of warehousing or warehousing.
The operations from ~S23 are performed. If there is no interrupt request, the process returns to step S25, and the above-described process is repeated until there are no more unrotated cars.
