Claims (1)
- 炉体壁面に沿つて炉体と同心に配設されるヒー
タエレメントの取付構造に於いて、ヒータエレメ
ントを円周に沿つて複数点を保持片により炉体側
に支持させると共に支持具と保持片との間及びヒ
ータエレメントと炉体との間にセラミツク繊維を
布状とし更に棒状に形成した棒状絶縁体を介在さ
せたことを特徴とする半導体装置に於けるヒータ
エレメント取付構造。
