第2の可変抵抗素子と、前記ACラインの他方と
接地側との間に設けられ対接地間のサージを吸収
するための第3の可変抵抗素子と、前記第2の可
変抵抗素子と前記第3の可変抵抗素子の共通の接
地ラインに設けられたコンデンサとを具備するこ
