抵抗素子と、前記ＡＣラインの一方と接地側との
間に設けられ対接地間のサージを吸収するための
第２の可変抵抗素子と、前記ＡＣラインの他方と
接地側との間に設けられ対接地間のサージを吸収
するための第３の可変抵抗素子と、前記第２の可
変抵抗素子と前記第３の可変抵抗素子の共通の接
地ラインに設けられたコンデンサとを具備するこ
