Conventionally, the induction wire detector used in this type of car using the electromagnetic induction method has two coils arranged side by side in a box that can be attached to the car, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-75318. These two detection coils each form a bridge, and the difference between the current values flowing through the two detection coils is detected by a computing unit. However, in this induction wire detector, it is difficult to maintain a temperature balance in each of the two bridges with the detection coil at one end due to the influence of the ambient temperature, and furthermore, the two detection coils It was difficult to maintain temperature balance in the overall circuit, in which the difference in the value of the current flowing between the two was detected by a computing unit, and it was difficult to detect even minute changes in the induced signal.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, this invention injects a filler with excellent thermal conductivity and insulation into the space between the two detectors and the metal case, and balances the temperature of the two detection coils. By maintaining this, it is possible to detect even the slightest changes in the guidance signal and enable accurate travel of the automatic guided vehicle.

1 and 1' are detection coils in which two rectangular coils wound in the same shape are arranged on the same plane so that one side of the same length touches each other. A circuit is configured to detect a guidance signal emitted from a guidance wire. 2
3 is a metal case that suppresses noise, and 3 is a filler with excellent insulation properties and good thermal conductivity injected between the detection coil and the metal case. For example, silicone rubber KE1204 (AB) LTV manufactured by Shin-Etsu Silicon Co., Ltd. [Product name] ].
By injecting a filler 3 with excellent insulation properties and good thermal conductivity between the two detection coils 1 and 1' and the metal case 2 that blocks external noise,
The temperature balance between the two detection coils 1 and 1' is maintained, and even very minute changes in the guidance signal can be detected, allowing the automatic guided vehicle to travel accurately.

As mentioned above, by implementing the present invention, the temperature balance of the two guiding wire detection coils is maintained, and even the slightest change in the guiding signal can be detected, making it possible for the automatic guided vehicle to travel accurately. The practical value is enormous.
