ートを金型内に入れ、合成樹脂を射出成形して溶融接着
する方法、或はリアルウッドで形成した合板に、これと
は別に形成した合成樹脂成形品を接着剤で貼着する方法
等が知られている(例えば、特公昭57−7899号公
報、特公昭55−59942号公報、特公昭63−95

前記の従来技術のうち、合成樹脂成形品の表面に木目印
刷を施すものにあっては、外観上良好な木質感が得難く
、木目印刷された合成樹脂シートをインサートモールド
するものにおいても同様に、リアルな木質感が得られず
、一方合板と合成樹脂成形品とを接着するものにおいて
は、樹脂成形工程と接着工程とが別工程となって生産性

と前記取付部材とを接着一体化する方法を要旨とするも

板2とのセット保持は、真空吸着41bすることにより
キャピテイ部に仮り止めして行われる。42は可動側型
板であり、前記キャビティ本体4Iと共に所定の部品形
状を賦形するもので、前記保護板2の裏面側に合成樹脂
を射出するゲートボール42aを有し、射出成形後に部

の表面形状に賦形され、かつ保護板2の裏面側には前記
取付部材3が射出成形される。この後、型締めが解除さ
れ、前記可動側型板42の押し出しピン42bにより樹
脂モールド部品5が型から取り出され、このようなサイ

曲面賦形と取付部材の射出成形とを同時に行い、かつそ
の成形時にリアルウッドと取付部材とを接着一体化する
方法であるから、出来上がった部品は表面の木板により
外観上リアルな木質感が得られ、製造上においては工程
数の削減により生産性の向上及びコストの低減が図れる
