シール特性の比較を示す図、第３図は従来の鋳造
用ノズルにおけるガス吹込み口のガス漏洩防止構
造を示す。 １……鉄製ソケツト、２……コーテイング材、
３……外壁部材、４……補強材。

Claims (1)
- ガス吹込み用パイプを捻じ込む鉄製ソケツトを
コーテイング材と一緒に鋳造用ノズルの外表面か
ら中心に向かつて設けた孔部に埋め込み、同ノズ
ルの外表面に露出したソケツト端部外周にコーテ
イング材層を形成すると共に、同コーテイング材
層の上の補強材が、埋め込まれたソケツトとのセ
ツト時に、ソケツトと溶接されることなく配置さ
れたガス漏洩防止構造を有する鋳造用ノズル。
