Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザ光線を被加工物に向けて照射するフオー
カスヘツドと、このフオーカスヘツドに昇降可能
に設けられて被加工物に接触する検出部材と、こ
の検出部材のフオーカスヘツドに対する昇降位置
からフオーカスヘツドと被加工物との間〓を検出
し、その間〓量が所定値となるように上記フオー
カスヘツドを昇降制御する制御装置とを備えたレ
ーザ加工機において、 上記検出部材の被加工物と接触する部分を上記
フオーカスヘツドを囲むリング状に形成し、その
リング状部に下方に向けてエア噴射口を穿設する
とともに該エア噴射口をエア供給源に連通させ、
上記エア噴射口から被加工物に向けてエアを噴射
させて検出部材を被加工物から所要量だけ浮上さ
せたことを特徴とするレーザ加工機の間〓検出装
置。
