Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 加工ヘツドに案内されたレーザビームをア
シストガスと共にワークに対して出力するノズル
を導電材で形成し、前記ノズルを静電容量センサ
の検知部とし、ノズル先端をワークに対して定位
置に制御するレーザ加工機の静電容量センサにお
いて、前記ノズルの上端にフランジ部を形成し、
前記フランジ部を下方側から持ち上げる絶縁ブロ
ツクを用い前記フランジ部を上方側から下方側へ
押し下げるストツパ役の絶縁リングを介して前記
ノズルを前記加工ヘツドのセンサボデイに接続す
るようにしたことを特徴とするレーザ加工機の静
電容量センサ。 (2) 前記ノズルは、フランジ部とこれに螺合さ
れるノズル本体部とで形成される請求項１に記載
のレーザ加工機の静電容量センサ。
