第１図は、本考案による通い箱移送装置を含む
供給装置全体の概略構成を示す斜視図、第２図は
第１図に示す開放棚１８が搬送車１０に載置され
た状態を示す斜視図、第３図は上記の開放棚１８
から通い箱１６を引き出す過程の概略を示す側断
面図である。 図において、１０は搬送車、１４はスキツド、
１６は通い箱、１８は開放棚、２０は静止保持台
、２０ａは受領座、３０ａは高架搬送路、３２は
垂直コンベア、３４及び３６はそれぞれ上部水平
支持軸及び下部水平支持軸、３８はチエイン、４
０はステツプ板、４２は可動ポスト、４４は吸盤
、６０はカートナーである。なお、各図中同一符
号は同一部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数の通い箱を、上面開放型搬送車両と、組立
    ／箱詰機のカートンホツパーに至る高架搬送路と
    の間で受け渡す装置であつて、 該搬送車両による接近が可能で、該搬送車両と
    ほぼ同一の高さを有する受領座及び該受領座に隣
    接して直立するように設けられ、該高架搬送路の
    始端部を形成する少なくとも昇り降り各一本づつ
    の垂直コンベアが設置されている静止保持台、 該搬送車両と該受領座との間で水平変位可能と
    され、少なくとも縦２列の通い箱を載置可能な、
    複数段の通い箱と組合わせて引き出し状となる開
    放棚を設けたスキツド、 該垂直コンベアの上下の水平支持軸間に巻張さ
    れた複数本のベルトまたはチエインにスキツドの
    開放棚底板相互の間隔に対応した間隔で取り付け
    られ該通い箱をその底面両側稜で支持し得る複数
    のステツプ板、 該垂直コンベアに関して、該静止保持台の反対
    側に直立するように、かつ該直立状態で該垂直コ
    ンベアのステツプ板のおのおのが向かい合つて形
    成される空間に侵入可能なように設けられ、該開
    放棚に載置されている複数の通い箱のおのおのと
    吸引接着して、これを引き出し該ステツプ板上に
    もたらし、あるいは該ステツプ板上の通い箱を該
    開放棚に押し込み得る吸引手段あるいは緩衝押圧
    手段が設けられた可動ポスト、および 上記各手段を逐次、同期して動作／待機させる
    制御手段、 を備えたことを特徴とする通い箱移送装置。
