品の外観を示す。図においてL1,L2は成型品
の内幅を、またtは厚さを示す。第2図は本実施
例に従来型の金型を用いた場合、第3図は第1次
改良型の金型を用いた場合、第4図は第2次改良
型の金型を用いた場合の、それぞれの金型と成型
品の断面(部分)を示している。第2図〜第4図
においてMは金型、Pは成型品、t1,t2,t
3はそれぞれ成型品の各部の厚さを示す。
