第１図〜第４図は本考案に係るプラスチゾル・
モールド成型用中空金型の一実施例を示す説明図
である。第１図はこの実施例により得られた成型
品の外観を示す。図においてＬ１，Ｌ２は成型品
の内幅を、またｔは厚さを示す。第２図は本実施
例に従来型の金型を用いた場合、第３図は第１次
改良型の金型を用いた場合、第４図は第２次改良
型の金型を用いた場合の、それぞれの金型と成型
品の断面（部分）を示している。第２図〜第４図
においてＭは金型、Ｐは成型品、ｔ１，ｔ２，ｔ
３はそれぞれ成型品の各部の厚さを示す。

- Ｒ部の熱容量が平面部の熱容量より大きく、か
つそのＲ部の内面の形状に不連続部分がないこと
を特徴とするプラスチゾル・モールド成型用中空
金型。
