本発明は、可撓性金属円板を基盤とし、該基盤
上に磁気記録用磁性薄膜を形成して成る磁気記録
媒体の製造方法に関する。詳しくは、該磁気記録
媒体をフオトエツチング法により連続的にフレキ
シブルデイスク形状とする磁気記録媒体の製造方

法を可撓性金属板サブストレートより形成される
フレキシブルデイスクに適応した場合、バリおよ
び歪が発生するため
