Claims (1)
- イオンポンプ内蔵形電子管において電子管に取
り付けられるイオンポンプと、該イオンポンプに
高電圧を印加するための高圧コネクタと、前記イ
オンポンプに高電圧を供給するために電子管のボ
デイ電源に並列に接続して分圧器として用いる抵
抗器と、イオンポンプ電圧を調整するための電圧
調整部と、イオンポンプ電流を検出表示するため
の電流検出部と、前記抵抗器を支持するための絶
縁体から成る抵抗支持体とから構成されイオンポ
ンプ用の高電圧をボデイ電源より分圧供給するこ
とにより得ることを特徴とするイオンポンプ用電
源内蔵電子管。
