Claims (1)
- 薄膜電界発光素子を形成した透明基板上に薄膜
電界発光素子を保護する背面保護板を設け、薄膜
電界発光素子と背面保護板の間隙に保護用浸潤液
を注入充填してなる薄膜電界発光パネルにおいて
、背面保護板に設けられた浸潤液注入口の前記間
隙への出口側に前記背面保護板の外側の入口側よ
りも前記出口側で注入口の断面積を大きくする断
面積増大部を形成してなる薄膜電界発光パネル。
