- 放電細管の両端にブリユースター窓を有する構
造の紫外発振用ガスレーザ管において、前記放電
細管の２つの端部とブリユースター窓保持部とが
柔軟性を有する金属パイプによつて連結されてい
ることを特徴とする紫外発振用ガスレーザ管。
