Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ラジアルプライカーカスと、カーカスのクラ
    ウンの部分に半径方向に外側に配置されたトレツ
    ドと、トレツド部分とカーカスのクラウンの部分
    との間にカーカスを円周状に囲む状態で配置され
    たクラウン部補強構造とを含み、それによつて該
    クラウン部補強構造が少なくとも第１に半径方向
    で最も内側に、第２に半径方向で最も外側にベル
    トプライを有するベルトアツセンブリを含み、各
    ベルトプライは、各ベルトプライの中に互いに平
    行に延伸している高張力材料で補強されたコード
    で構成され、第１のベルトプライの中のコードは
    、第２のベルトプライの中のコードとタイヤの赤
    道面に関して互いに反対向きの角度をなし、また
    、前記ベルトアツセンブリに半径方向に外側に重
    ねられている繊維被覆構造が、エラストマ材料で
    補強されたコードからなる空気タイヤにおいて、
    該繊維被覆構造が均質な試験片のヤング係数が少
    なくとも１５０００ＭＰａを示す材料からなるコ
    ードで補強され、該コードの撚り係数が６ないし
    １４であつて、前記コードに含まれる少なくとも
    １本の糸が少なくとも１インチ（２．５４cm）に
    つき１４回（ＴＰＩ）の撚りを有することを特徴
    とする、空気タイヤ。 ２ 被覆構造のコードが、８ないし１２の撚り係
    数を有し、さらにコードの中に含まれる少なくと
    も１本の糸が少なくとも１６ＴＰＩの撚りを有す
    ることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の空気タイヤ
    。 ３ 被覆構造が、ベルトアツセンブリの上を横切
    つて延びかつタイヤの赤道面と０゜から５゜の角
    度をなしている螺旋状に巻かれた細長い帯状片か
    らなることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の空気タ
    イヤ。 ４ 細長い帯状片が、１０mmないし４０mmの範囲
    の幅を有することを特徴とする、請求項３記載の
    空気タイヤ。 ５ 被覆構造が、ベルトアツセンブリを覆つて横
    切つて延び、タイヤの赤道面と０゜から５゜の角
    度をなしている、エラストマ材料で被覆され螺旋
    状に巻かれたコードからなることを特徴とする、
    請求項１記載の空気タイヤ。 ６ 被覆構造のコードが、１本が約５００から約
    ３６００デニールの糸からなることを特徴とする
    、請求項３もしくは５記載の空気タイヤ。 ７ 被覆構造のコードが、約５００から約３００
    ０デニールの２本の糸からなり、該２本の糸が同
    一の撚り回数と撚り方向とを有し、糸の撚りの方
    向がコードの撚り方向と反対向きであることを特
    徴とする、請求項３もしくは５記載の空気タイヤ
    。 ８ 被覆構造のコードが、約５００から約１５０
    ０デニールの３本の糸からなり、該３本の糸が同
    じ撚り回数と撚り方向とを有し、糸の撚りの方向
    がコードの撚り方向と反対向きであることを特徴
    とする、請求項３もしくは５記載の空気タイヤ。 ９ 被覆構造のコードが、約５００から約３００
    ０デニールの２本の糸からなり、該２本の糸が同
    じ撚り回数と撚り方向とを有し、糸の撚りの方向
    がコードの撚り方向と反対向きで、かつ糸がコー
    ドを形成するために、少なくとも１２ＴＰＩで撚
    り合わされていることを特徴とする、請求項３も
    しくは５記載の空気タイヤ。 １０ 被覆構造のコードが、約５００から約３０
    ００デニールの２本の糸からなり、該２本の糸が
    同じ撚りと撚り方向とを有し、糸の撚りの方向が
    コードの撚り方向と反対向きで、かつ糸の撚りと
    コードの撚りとがほぼ同じであることを特徴とす
    る、請求項３もしくは５記載の空気タイヤ。 １１ 被覆構造のコードが、約５００から約１５
    ００デニールの３本の糸からなり、該３本の糸が
    同じ撚りと撚り方向とを有し、糸の撚りの方向が
    コードの撚り方向と反対向きで、かつ糸がコード
    を形成するために、少なくとも１２ＴＰＩで撚り
    合わされていることを特徴とする、請求項３もし
    くは５記載の空気タイヤ。 １２ 被覆構造のコードが、約５００から約１５
    ００デニールの３本の糸からなり、該３本の糸が
    同じ撚りと撚り方向とを有し、糸の撚りの方向が
    コードの撚り方向と反対向きで、かつ糸の撚りと
    コードの撚りとが事実上同じであることを特徴と
    する、請求項３もしくは５記載の空気タイヤ。 １３ 細長い帯状片が補強しているコードが６０
    ＥＰＩ以下の密度を有することを特徴とする、請
    求項４記載の空気タイヤ。 １４ 繊維被覆構造が、レーヨンで造られたコー
    ドで補強されていることを特徴とする、請求項１
    記載の空気タイヤ。 １５ 繊維被覆構造が、均質な試験片でのヤング
    係数が少なくとも４０００ＭＰａを示す材料で造
    られたコードで補強されていることを特徴とする
    、請求項１記載の空気タイヤ。 １６ 繊維被覆構造が、アラミドで造られたコー
    ドで補強されていることを特徴とする、請求項１
    ５記載の空気タイヤ。
