- 送信用の高周波電力を増幅する電力増幅回路の
増幅素子としてガリウム砒素を使用するものにお
いて、前記電力増幅回路に高周波信号を与えるＰ
ＬＬ回路と、前記電力増幅回路のプラス電源、マ
イナス電源の供給を制御する２つのスイツチング
素子と、前記各々のスイツチング素子を制御し前
記電力増幅回路の動作状態を設定する制御回路と
を具備し、前記制御回路は、前記電力増幅回路の
マイナス電源の入力電圧に基づき前記ＰＬＬ回路
の発振状態を制御することを特徴とする移動無線
装置。
