面倒であると共に危険でもある。

記作動機構部に至る各種配管と電気配線との接続
部とを一括して設け、前記バランスドフルー型風
呂釜の給排気ターミナルに替えて前記貫通穴に前
記匣体をその給排気口側が屋外に突出すると共に
前記フランジが枠組に当接するまで嵌入設置し、
かつ該匣体を前記フランジを介して枠組に固定
し、前記各種配管と電気配線の接続部を所要部材
に接続し、かつ該接続部を前記フランジ上に固定
したカバーの膨出部により覆つたのでバランスド
フルー型風呂釜の給排気ターミナルの外壁貫通穴
を利用して、浴槽内の水(湯)の循環加熱用と浴
槽への給湯あるいは上り湯その他の給湯用として
使用し得る給水加熱との双方の機能をもつ複合湯
沸装置を設置することができ、これにより、バラ
ンスドフルー型風呂釜の設置スペース分だけ広い
浴槽を使用することができ、特に本考案において
は、前記の如き構成よりなるので、複合湯沸装置
の設置や点検修理を浴室内からきわめて安全かつ
容易に行なうことができるので、従来はきわめて
困難とされていた公団住宅やマンシヨン等の既設
高層住宅における給湯能力の増大ないし浴室改善
の願望を満足させることができる効果がある。
