Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄液が収容される洗浄槽に超音波発生装置を
    備え、前記洗浄槽の洗浄液の中に配置された被洗
    浄物に対し前記超音波発生装置から超音波を与え
    て洗浄を行う超音波洗浄装置において、前記洗浄
    槽に収容される洗浄液が洗剤液であり、前記洗浄
    槽には洗浄液の液温を検出する温度検出器と洗浄
    液の温度を低減させる冷却水を供給する冷却水供
    給装置が配設され、調音波を伴う前記洗浄で洗浄
    の温度が高くなつたとき前記冷却水供給装置の冷
    却能力を高める制御手段を備えることを特徴とす
    る超音波洗浄装置。
