- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 物体を洗浄する装置において、 貯液槽を介して、物体の洗浄後の水切り乾燥の
水封式真空ポンプと真空定温恒温器と、物体の洗
浄の純水機と複数の洗浄槽を順に管路で連結し、
貯液槽には、フロート液面計、温度センサ、バル
ブ及び、温水供給ポンプを設けたことを特徴とす
る温純水洗浄装置。
