いる。"Prior art and its problems" Heat-resistant containers used for high-temperature processing and high-temperature reactions such as melting, force sintering, sintering, and metallurgy include porcelain crucibles, aluminum crucibles, magnetic screw crucibles, graphite crucibles, and platinum crucibles. Crucibles made of various materials are known, such as crucibles, gold crucibles, and nickel crucibles, and are selected and used depending on the material to be processed.

When heating a titanium composite oxide, the aluminum crucible reacts at high temperatures, resulting in corrosion of the aluminized crucible. As described above, magnetic screw crucibles are used for heat treatment of corrosive substances for which aluminum crucibles cannot be used, but magnetic screw crucibles react with water and carbon dioxide in the air, making them complicated to handle.
