Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一方向に搬送される被加工材を、該被加工材
    の搬送方向と同方向に摺接する無端サンデイング
    ベルトにより研削研磨するとともに、研削研磨済
    みの前記被加工材を、搬送方向における研削研磨
    位置よりも前方位置に配置したローラまたはベル
    トからなる送材部材により挟圧しつつ送出するよ
    うにしたダウンサンデイング式のワイドベルトサ
    ンダー機において、 加圧空気噴出口を前記研削研磨位置と前記送材
    部材との間において前記被加工材の研削研磨面に
    対向するように開口させた加圧空気供給装置を設
    け、粉塵吸入口を前記加圧空気噴出口と前記研削
    研磨位置との間において該研削研磨位置側に向け
    て開口させた粉塵吸入装置を設けたことを特徴と
    するワイドベルトサンダー機。 ２ 副粉塵吸入口を前記研削研磨位置と前記送材
    部材との間において前記被加工材の搬送路を挟ん
    で前記加圧空気噴出口と対向するように開口させ
    てなる副粉塵吸入装置を設けたことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のワイドベル
    トサンダー機。
