Conventionally, a continuous form made by binding multiple continuous forms together with adhesive is a continuous form 1 as shown in Figure 1.
Apply adhesive 2 in a continuous band along the outside or inside of the form transfer holes 3 at the ends of a, 1b, and 1c,
Each form is bound together using the adhesive 2. Therefore, in the conventional method described above, the adhesive is applied in a continuous band and each form is glued together, so when the continuous form is folded, the feed of the printing machine is reduced. Absorbs the error in length in the continuous direction between the upper and lower forms that sometimes occurs due to the thickness of the entire form, which is the minimum necessary. There is no misalignment between each form at all, so there are no wrinkles in the form. There have been various problems, such as the inability to smoothly feed the adhesive in a printing machine, and tenting caused by the thickness of the adhesive, which makes packaging work difficult.

As shown in FIG.
and a plurality of continuous forms 1a, 1b, 1 that can be copied and printed with form overlapping marks 7.
c are superimposed on each other, and each continuous form has a binding part 4 along the end in the flow direction, and this binding part is provided with holes 3 for transporting the form at predetermined intervals. The hole 3 is provided at a position that penetrates each continuous form in the overlapping state, and before or after the hole 3 for transferring the form is drilled, the hole 3 for transferring the form on one side of the binding section 4 and the hole 3 for transferring the form The sheets are bound together with an adhesive 2 applied on a straight line connecting holes 3 for transporting the forms, and perforations 5 are provided between the unit forms for folding or separating each unit form.

Furthermore, the continuous form that can be copied in the above embodiment is a continuous form that can be copied and entered into subordinate forms using known copying means such as a non-carbon copying system, a carbon agent transfer copying system, etc. It is also possible to combine forms with printed notices, advertisements, etc. that will not be carried out.

Next, a method of manufacturing the above-mentioned stitched continuous form 1 will be explained. As shown in FIG. 2 , A 3 , fill in the entry field 6, form superimposition mark 7 and other prescribed printing, respectively, and create continuous forms 1a, 1b, 1.
Then, using adhesive applicators B 1 and B 2 , adhesive 2 is applied continuously in a continuous line to the binding portions 4 at the edges of the continuous forms 1 b and 1 c along the paper flow direction. At the same time, the overlapping mark 7 is detected by the printing position detection device T, and each document is sequentially transferred to the overlapping device C so that the printing positions of the two documents match, and the continuous documents 1a, 1b, and 1c are stitched together. Adhesive 2 in the stitching section 4 of the continuous forms 1a, 1b, 1c that are stitched using a punching device D having a hole diameter wider than the adhesive application width.
Holes 3 for transporting forms that are wider than the application width of the adhesive 2 at regular intervals penetrate through the entire form on the top and the other end of the form.
A perforation device E is used to make perforations 5 for folding or separating the continuous form into unit forms, and a folding device F is used to fold and stitch the continuous form 1.

In the above-mentioned manufacturing method of the present invention, holes for transporting documents are formed on the continuously applied adhesive application line, so binding using adhesive between the holes can be performed accurately and easily. The adhesive prevents the bending of the perforated part caused by the pressure applied during perforation, so perforation can be performed easily and reliably.Furthermore, after binding each form,
Since the transfer holes are drilled for all documents at the same time, there is no misalignment of the transfer holes for each document, so documents can be transferred accurately using the transfer holes in the printing machine. The adhesive is removed by a transfer hole that is wider than the application width, resulting in dotted adhesive, making the binding part flexible and making folding easy, eliminating jams in the folding device, improving manufacturing efficiency and usage. It has various effects that can significantly improve aptitude.
