(Prior art) In this type of conventional vehicle window suitable for cold regions,
Window frame members that are attached to the vehicle body (structure) are such that the side frames, partition frames, or curtain guide frames that make up the window frame members are directly attached to the vehicle body using screws or bolts. Both windows and glass doors on the outside and inside of the building were installed so that they could be raised and lowered.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) With the above-mentioned structure, in particular, each member of the window frame member, such as the side frame, partition frame, or curtain guide frame, is directly attached to the vehicle body. Therefore, when it becomes necessary to replace both the interior and exterior windows and doors, the replacement work is not easy and the work efficiency is poor. Furthermore, it is difficult to form the window frame member itself into a heat insulating structure, and furthermore, due to its structure, it is difficult to form the window frame member itself into a heat insulating structure. It was only a matter of interposing a heat insulating material in between, and a sufficient heat insulating effect could not be expected.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is easy to assemble the frame for this type of insulated window frame, and it can be replaced when either the inside or outside window glass door needs to be replaced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a window frame for a vehicle that is made into a unit independent of the vehicle body, and which can be easily and quickly performed.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an aluminum outer window frame member located on the outdoor side of the vehicle body 5, which includes a lower frame member 1a shown in FIG. 2, and left and right vertical frame members 1b shown in FIG. are integrally framed by welds 12 at each corner, as shown in FIG. On the other hand, reference numeral 2 denotes an inner window frame member also made of aluminum and located on the indoor side of the vehicle main body 5, and a lower frame member 2a shown in FIG. 2 and left and right vertical frame members 2b shown in FIG. It is framed as follows. The outer window frame member 1 and the inner window frame member 2 framed in this way are assembled using adhesive or screws 14 with a heat insulating material 3 such as foamed synthetic resin or resin fiber interposed between them. By fixing them together, the heat insulating window frame unit 4, which is the essential part of the present invention, is formed. Here, the above-mentioned outer window frame member 1
The fixing means (framework) at the corner portions of the inner window frame member 2 is done by welding for watertightness, while the fixing means (framework) at the corner portions of the inner window frame member 2 is done by screwing.

In the heat insulating window frame unit 4 formed as described above, as shown in FIG. This window frame unit 4 is fitted into the window mounting opening 6 of the vehicle body 5, and the outdoor surface of the outer window frame member 1 is attached to the watertight packing members 17, 18 attached to the vehicle body 5 on the outdoor side. The mounting flange portion 7, which is provided on the indoor side of the inner window frame member 2 and protrudes perpendicularly to the facing surface, that is, in the facing direction, is fixed to the indoor side wall surface 8 of the vehicle main body 5 with screws 19. Therefore, the heat insulating window frame unit 4 is elastically supported by the vehicle body 5 on its outdoor side, and inelastically supported on its indoor side. In addition, a sealing material 21 is filled between the vehicle outer panel 20 and the outer window frame member 1 on the outdoor side to form a watertight finish.

After attaching the guide plate 10 with a shaped cross section and fitting the inner window glass door 24, the curtain guide frame 11 is superimposed on the guide plate 10, and in this state, the guide plate 10 and the curtain guide frame 11 are connected with the screws 25. By fixing these to the vertical frame member 2b at the same time, the inner window glass door 24 is supported on the inner window frame member 2 so as to be movable up and down. A mounting flange portion 26 is integrally formed in the indoor side facing direction of the curtain guide frame 11, and the flange portion 26 is attached to the inner window frame member 2 with screws 28 across the lining material 27.
A well-known curtain (not shown) is attached to the curtain frame so as to be movable up and down.

(Effects of the invention) According to the invention, a vehicle window frame is formed by an outer window frame member that is divided into indoor and outdoor parts, and an inner window frame member, and a heat insulating material is interposed between both members. The conduction of cold air into the room is blocked as much as possible, preventing dew condensation from forming on the interior surface of the window frame, and preventing warm air from inside the room from being discharged to the outside.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, since it is formed as an insulating window frame unit independent from the vehicle body,
It is possible to manufacture the vehicle separately and in parallel with the manufacturing process of the vehicle body, thereby increasing manufacturing efficiency.

Particularly, according to the present invention, when installing the heat insulating window frame unit to the vehicle body, the heat insulating window frame unit is fitted into the window mounting opening of the vehicle body, and the mounting flange of the inner window frame member is connected to the window frame member. If the outer window frame member is fixed to the indoor side wall surface of the vehicle body with screws, etc., the outer window frame member only needs to have its outdoor side surface elastically supported by the outer panel of the vehicle body via the watertight elastic packing member. This has the effect of making it easier and faster to attach the window frame unit to the vehicle body.

In addition, as mentioned above, the mounting flange of the inner window frame member of this heat insulating window frame unit is fixed to the vehicle body and is supported inelastically, whereas the outer window frame member has its outdoor side facing toward the vehicle body. Since it is elastically supported by the outer panel of the main body via a watertight elastic packing member, the heat insulating window frame unit consisting of the inner and outer window frame members is particularly protected against shocks and vibrations applied to the unit while the vehicle is running. It is absorbed by the material and supported without wobbling.

Further, since the elastic packing member has a watertight function as well as a buffer function as described above, it is possible to improve rain protection between the heat insulating window frame unit and the outer panel of the vehicle body.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the outer window frame members constituting the heat insulating window frame unit are assembled by welding, which provides a good watertight effect, while the inner window frame members are assembled by screws. As a result, the framework work is easy and production efficiency can be increased.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, the guide plate for lifting the outer window glass door is removably screwed to the outer window frame member, and the guide plate for lifting the inner window glass door and the curtain guide frame to the inner window frame member. Therefore, when it becomes necessary to replace either the inner or outer window glass door, it is only necessary to remove these guide plates and curtain guide frames, and there is no need to remove the window frame members from the vehicle body, so it is easy to replace them. Easy to work with.
