It consists of a body part 1, a lid plate 2, and a bottom plate 3. The body part 1 is formed into a circular or square cross section and is bonded together at an overlapping part 4. the overlapping part 4 and the lid plate 2,
Alternatively, the part formed with the bottom plate 3 is part A or B in the figure, and pinholes leading to the outside are likely to occur in the bonded part.
以下その点について詳しく説明する。 This point will be explained in detail below.

In Figure A, the edge of the body 1 facing the inside of the container is skived and folded back to form a semicircular cross section to protect the cross section of the paper, and the bottom plate 3
A gap 5 is created between the two. In Figure B, the edge of the body 1 facing the inside of the container is cut diagonally.
The gap 5 is smaller than that in Figure A. It is difficult to process the end edge into a completely pointed shape, so this has not been done. The edges may not be in a straight line, the cutting surface may be wavy because it is thin, or the edges of the paper may bend together when folding back the aluminum foil.

In order to heat seal the bottom plate 3 or the lid plate 2, the thermoplastic resin layer laminated on the surface of each member is thickened, and the heating temperature during heat sealing is increased.
Alternatively, a method has been adopted in which the gap 5 is filled or crushed with hot molten resin by increasing the heat sealing pressure.

If the thermoplastic resin is heated and melted more than necessary, it will take time to cool down and develop sufficient adhesion, and improper handling will result in seal failure. Furthermore, when a thermoplastic resin is melted at a high temperature, its viscosity decreases, which, together with the high heat sealing pressure, creates a thin portion of the resin layer. Also, a problem occurs in which the resin flows out. On the other hand, in the case of containers with good gas barrier properties having an aluminum foil layer, the performance of the container is limited by the low gas barrier properties of the thick bonding layer between thermoplastic resin layers.

A blank sheet in which the above-mentioned water-resistant/gas-barrier thin film layer slightly protrudes from one edge corresponding to the part, and the protruding edge is folded back to the front side to form a folded part between the water-resistant/gas-barrier thin film layers. FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the effect when applied to the container shown in the figure, and the figure shows a partial plane cross section taken along the line a-a in FIG. 1. The body 1 includes a bottom plate 11, a water-resistant/gas barrier thin film layer 12, and a water-resistant/gas barrier thin film layer 12.
and a protruding edge 13. The protruding edge 13 is folded back to the front side and heat-sealed as shown. A blank sheet is formed into a cylindrical shape, and when the both edges thereof are overlapped and laminated to form the overlapping part 4, the protruding edge 13 is also pressurized and laminated to the water-resistant/gas barrier thin film layer 12 in the upper part of the figure. Further, the protruding edge 13 is made of aluminum foil and a thermoplastic resin lining layer, and by folding the protruding edge 13 back to the front side, the cross section of the tip of the aluminum foil is protected from the internal solution, and the protruding edge 1
3 is bonded under pressure to the water-resistant/gas-barrier thin film layer 12 in the upper part of the figure, so the end surface of the paperboard 11 is also protected from the internal solution. Since the protruding edge 13 is mainly made of aluminum foil, it is extremely easy to fold it back.

and a thermoplastic resin laminate layer 15 on top of the paperboard 11. The water-resistant/gas barrier thin film layer 12 is composed of an aluminum foil 16 and thermoplastic resin laminate layers 17 and 18 on both sides of the aluminum foil 16,
A protruding edge 13 is formed. Paperboard 11 is 200m2
If the material is thin (~300 g/m 2 ) , the gap 5 (see FIG. 3) will not become very large when it is processed into a container, even if the tip is not beveled as shown in the figure. Portions of paperboard 11 may also be laminated with other materials.

(FIG. 3), the skiving process described above is performed. The shape of the skive is not limited to diagonal processing. In the case of the figure, the water-resistant/gas barrier layer 12 is composed of an aluminum foil 16 and a thermoplastic resin layer 17 below it, and is laminated to the lower side of the paperboard 11 with an adhesive layer 19, and then the upper surface of the paperboard and the water-resistant/gas barrier layer 1
The two protruding parts are simultaneously laminated with a thermoplastic resin layer 15, and then the protruding edges 13 are formed.
