Conventional shibori fabrics are made by picking up and squeezing the desired part of the fabric by hand, binding the squeezed part with thread or fixing it with clips, etc., and dyeing it by dyeing, but this is very time-consuming. This makes it a high-cost product because it cannot be mass-produced.

As a solution to this problem, there is a transfer printing technique in which a shibori pattern is printed on transfer paper and the transfer paper is used to transfer the print directly onto the fabric, but since this method transfers a printed two-dimensional pattern, it creates a three-dimensional effect. It is difficult to express certain shibori patterns, and because the dye must be a disperse dye, which is a typical example of a transfer dye that only dyes synthetic fiber fabrics, it cannot be used on silk products that cannot be dyed with disperse dyes. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention solves these problems, and is capable of producing shibori-style fabrics that can transfer print patterns such as shibori-style and wrinkle-style even on silk fabrics. The technical challenge is to provide the law.

A resin processed film that can be dyed with a transfer dye is formed on the upper surface of the silk fabric 3, irregular protrusions 2 are formed on the front side of the paper 1, and a transfer dye that can dye the resin processed film is attached. A shibori-style fabric characterized in that a transfer paper a is formed, and the upper surface of a silk fabric 3 and the front side of the transfer paper are overlapped to print and express a pattern 4 such as a shrunken style or wrinkle style on the upper surface of the silk fabric 3. This relates to the manufacturing method.

Since a resin treated film is formed on the silk fabric 3 to which the transfer dye can be dyed, dyeing failure does not occur.

Since the transfer is not simply a planar pattern drawn on the transfer paper, but a transfer of the pattern by the three-dimensional protrusions 2 formed on the transfer paper a, the transferred pattern also exhibits a three-dimensional effect.

This protrusion 2 may be formed by marking the paper 1 in advance and squeezing the marked part by hand, wrapping or pinching a thread, or it may be formed by machining. However, wrinkles may also be created not only by the aperture or the knob, but also by folding or rolling the paper 1 randomly.

In this case, it is best to place the transfer paper a on the adhesive film 5, temporarily fix the protrusion 2 with the adhesive film 5 so that the wrinkles do not return, and spray while adjusting the height of the protrusion 2. The transfer paper a can be wrapped with the adhesive film 5 and stored as is, or a transparent adhesive film 5 may be used so that the transfer paper can be seen.

As described above, the present invention provides patterns 4 such as squeeze wind and wrinkle wind.
Since this is a method of performing transfer printing, it is possible to express the squeeze pattern 4 and the wrinkle pattern extremely efficiently compared to the conventional method of making the squeezes one by one by hand and then dyeing them to express the squeeze pattern 4 and the wrinkle pattern.

This transfer paper a is extremely simple because it uses paper and only requires squeezing or pinching the desired part of the paper to form irregular protrusions 2.
It is possible to express not only a squeeze pattern but also a variety of unusual patterns such as a knob pattern and a wrinkle pattern.

To provide a shibori-style fabric with a very unusual appearance that combines the printed pattern and the shibori pattern by applying a printed pattern to the paper 1 in advance and creating the protrusions 2 in areas where there is no printed pattern. become.

This transfer printing is made possible because the surface of the silk fabric 3 is coated with a resin coating that can be dyed with transfer dye, and this resin coating ensures that the shibori-style pattern 4 is dyed in a stable state. By forming this resin-treated film thinly, it has excellent effects such as providing a high-class shibori-style fabric that does not deteriorate the feel of the silk fabric.
