Generally, to form a waterproof base for mortar wall bases, dry exterior siding materials, roof bases, etc., two people work to lay a roll-shaped waterproof sheet 1 m wide, 21 m long, and 17 kg in weight on top of the roof board. The waterproof sheet was unwound by a worker to cover the horizontal base at the lower end, cut the waterproof sheet at this position, and then returned to its original position and laid the waterproof sheet to cover the higher position. It was necessary to perform several operations over the required width and height, such as fixing the lower end of the sheet overlapping the upper end of the waterproof sheet while unwinding the sheet, and then laying the waterproof sheet. Therefore, two skilled workers are required for construction, and they must move horizontally while holding heavy rolls on the wall, which is extremely dangerous, difficult work, and inefficient. It was hot. Construction work was almost impossible, especially on windy days. In addition, the overlapping portions of the waterproof sheet had double overlap, which caused the inconvenience that water would flow around to the base material due to capillary action.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention eliminates the need to carry a long and heavy tarpaulin sheet, can be constructed without requiring technical skill, and also prevents deteriorated parts of the tarpaulin sheet from being bent or cut incorrectly during storage. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for forming a waterproof base having a triple-polymer structure in which the striated protrusions reliably block rainwater from leaking from the polymerized portion to the base due to capillary action or the like.

The waterproof base forming method according to the present invention will be explained in detail below using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a unit waterproof sheet used in the present invention. 1 is a unit waterproof sheet with a rectangular outer shape, for example, a square or rectangular shape, and linear protrusions 2 are arranged on at least one side at an appropriate pitch P. has been done. Also, a pair of right-angled corners on the diagonal line are cut into an isosceles triangular shape having the inclined side 3 of the same length as the base. In other words, the part indicated by the two-dot chain line is cut out from the waterproof sheet material made of asphalt felt, asphalt roofing, synthetic resin sheet, etc. This is because four unit waterproof sheets are polymerized during construction. However, the polymerization part is 3
This is to have a multi-layered structure, to reduce the thickness of the overlapped portion, and to effectively function to improve waterproofness. In addition, the size of the unit waterproof sheet 1 is approximately 1 meter square, making it easy to carry and easy to install even by one person. The portion is cut into a triangular shape to reduce the thickness of the overlapping portion that occurs. In addition,
Isosceles triangle shape etc. is not limited to isosceles triangles only, but both opposing triangles are congruent shapes,
This also includes cases where various triangles are formed symmetrically. Further, the linear protrusion 2 has a height h of about 1 to 5 mm, and a width W of about 2 to 5 mm.

Therefore, it is assumed that a waterproof base material is formed on a base material 4 such as a lath board as shown in FIG. 2a. First, as shown in FIG. 2A, the unit waterproof sheet 1 is fixed with staples 5 so that its right-angled corner is located at the lower right corner of the base material 4. Next, as shown in Fig. 2b, the unit waterproof sheet 1-1,
1-2 is laid on the upper edge or left side edge of the previous unit waterproof sheet 1 so that the inclined sides 3 are located in the same direction, and fixed with staples 5. That is, the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 or 1-2 are overlapped with each other at a width W0 that ensures that the inclined sides 3 of the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 or 1-2 are present on the right-angled corners of the unit waterproof sheets 1,
In addition, the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 and 1-2 are laid immediately so that the inclined sides 3 of the unit waterproof sheets 1-1 and 1-2 are butted against each other at the right-angled corners. Next, as shown in Fig. 2c, unit waterproof sheet 1-3 covers the left edge and upper edge of unit waterproof sheets 1-1 and 1-2, and butts them onto the right-angled corner of unit waterproof sheet 1. One of the right-angled corners of the unit waterproof sheet 1-3 is laminated on the laminated overlapping portion as shown. As a result, the overlapping portion of the four unit waterproof sheets 1 has a three-layer waterproof structure. Therefore, in order to form the required waterproof base, such operations may be repeated in sequence. In addition, during construction, the unit waterproof sheet 1 is laid so that the linear protrusions 2 are positioned in the vertical direction.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the method for forming a waterproof base according to the present invention, and the unit waterproof sheet 1 has a foamed synthetic resin integrally formed on the surface of the unit waterproof sheet 1 as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 1
It can also be formed to prevent dew condensation due to the synergistic effect of heat insulation and breathability provided by the linear protrusions 2.

As mentioned above, the method for forming a waterproof base according to the present invention allows one person to easily perform work on vertical walls, high and dangerous roofs, etc. without requiring any technical skill.
Moreover, there is no risk of being blown away by the wind, and since the striated protrusions are present in the lateral overlapping parts, it has a reliable waterproofing function that improves the waterproofness of the overlapping parts and can form a waterproof base with high efficiency. Also,
Regardless of whether the substrate has a small area or a large area, it is advantageous that it is very easy to tighten the edges because it is only necessary to change the overlapping width. Furthermore, the cutting width of the inclined side of the unit waterproof sheet can be effectively used as a guideline when superimposing the unit waterproof sheet.

1. When forming a waterproof base by laying a waterproof sheet on a base material such as a field board, a waterproof sheet material having linear protrusions arranged vertically at appropriate intervals P on one side is used to form a rectangular shape of about 1 meter. A pair of right-angled corners on the diagonal line is the apex, the other corner has the same length as the base, and the length of the remaining sides is set at an appropriate interval P. The lower edge of one of the unit waterproof sheets, which has a triangular shape cut out with a length longer than Using this as a reference, place the linear protrusions on the upper edge and left (or right) side edge of the unit waterproof sheet, which will serve as the reference, on the right-angled corners of two separate waterproof sheets. The sloping sides of the corner parts symmetrical to the parts are butted against each other to cover the base material so that it is not exposed, and further, another unit waterproof sheet is applied so that the right angle corners of the unit waterproof sheet are at least the above two. The left (or right) side edge of another unit's tarpaulin sheet laid on top of the reference unit tarpaulin sheet and the overlapping part of the unit tarpaulin sheets that are butted together. The unit waterproof sheet should be laid so as to cover the upper edge of another unit waterproof sheet placed next to it on the left (or right), and the linear projections of the unit waterproof sheet should be on the outside surface side of the base material in the vertical direction. . A method for forming a waterproof base, which is characterized in that the required base materials are sequentially laid so as to be covered with a unit waterproof sheet, so that linear protrusions are present in the lateral overlapping parts.
