In a plastic heat insulating panel body in which both sides of the panel are made of plastic panel boards and a foam insulating material is injected and foamed into the hollow part, as shown in FIG. Since only the four peripheries of the plastic panel 11 are attached to the frame 12 forming the outer periphery, when the plastic panel board 11 is placed horizontally, the plastic panel board 11 is bent downwardly. For this reason, conventionally, when molding a hollow panel body, an appropriate number of hexahedral spacers 13 made of polystyrene foam, urethane foam, etc. are placed in the inner cavity, and two sides of the hexahedral spacers 13 are bonded to the inner surface of the plastic panel board 11 with adhesive or adhesive tape. Insert plastic panel board 1
The plastic heat insulating panel body 10 is completed by injecting and foaming the foamed heat insulating material into the hollow panel body through the injection port 14.

By the way, in the conventional plastic insulation panel body, the plastic panel board thermally expands as the surface temperature of the panel rises to about 60°C, while the adhesive surface between the filled foam insulation material and the plastic panel board has a large area. Therefore, the adhesive force is relatively strong and uniform, but the adhesive surface between the spacer and the plastic panel board is only partial and the adhesive force is not fully exerted, so the adhesion between the spacer and the plastic panel board is poor. There was an inconvenience that the plastic panel plate in this area bulged out irregularly as shown in the figure due to peeling.

スチツク製断熱パネル体を提供することにある。 The present invention was devised to improve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to prevent surface irregularities even when used in places where there is a possibility of being affected by heat, such as near a heating element. To provide a plastic heat insulating panel body in which no bulging surface appears.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is made by pasting plastic panel plates on both sides of a frame forming the outer periphery to form a hollow panel body, and injecting foam insulation material into the hollow part of the hollow panel body. In the plastic heat insulating panel body, an appropriate number of spacers are inserted into the hollow part of the hollow panel body to make point or line contact with the inner surfaces of both plastic panel plates, and a foamed heat insulating material is injected into the hollow part of the hollow panel body. It consists of a plastic insulation panel.

Therefore, in the plastic insulation panel of the present invention, the spacer serves as a spacer to keep the plastic panel plates on both sides at a predetermined distance when they are hollow before the foam insulation is injected, and prevents the plastic panel plates from drooping and concave. If the foam insulation material is injected into the spacer, the contact between the spacer and both plastic panel plates will be at a point or line, so the injected foam insulation material will spread over substantially the entire surface of both plastic panel plates, resulting in uniform adhesion over the entire surface. effect. Therefore, even if the surface temperature of the panel increases and the plastic panel expands thermally, partial peeling of the plastic panel does not occur and irregular expansion is prevented.

A suitable number of spacers 4 are inserted in advance into the hollow portion of a hollow panel body formed by pasting together plastic panel bodies 3, 3, etc., with an adhesive or the like. This spacer 4 is made of styrofoam material, urethane foam material, etc. formed into a spherical shape, and in order to prevent the spacer 4 from shifting when the foam insulation material 7, such as foam urethane material, is injected and foamed into the hollow panel body, the spacers 4 are They are connected by a string 5 or the like, and the end of the string 5 is fixed to the frame 2. A foamed heat insulating material 7 such as foamed urethane is injected into the hollow portion of the hollow panel body thus formed through an injection port 6 formed in the frame body 2 and is foamed. Here, since the spacer 4 is spherical, it is in point contact with the inner surfaces of both plastic panel plates 3, 3 at two points on its diameter, and the injected foam insulation material 7 contacts the spacer 4 as shown in FIG. It is filled up to the slits at the points of contact with the plastic panel board 3, and both plastic panel boards 3, 3 are substantially covered with foam insulation material 7 over the entire surface thereof.
It will be the same as if it were glued with. Therefore, even if the plastic panel board 3 is heated and expands thermally, the adhesive strength of the plastic panel board 3 due to the foam insulation material 7 is uniform over the entire surface, so the adhesion between the plastic panel board 3 and the foam insulation material 7 is This prevents the plastic panel plate 3 from partially peeling off and causing the plastic panel plate 3 in that area to bulge out irregularly.

As detailed above, according to the present invention, a hollow panel body is formed by pasting plastic panel plates on both sides of a frame forming the outer periphery, and a foam insulation material is injected into the hollow part of the hollow panel body. In the plastic heat insulating panel body, an appropriate number of spacers are inserted into the hollow part of the hollow panel body in point or line contact with the inner surfaces of both plastic panel plates, and a foamed heat insulating material is injected into the hollow part of the hollow panel body. Since the plastic insulation panel body was constructed using this method, even when the hollow panel body is laid flat to inject the foam insulation material, the plastic panel plate does not sag or bend due to the spacers and maintains its regular shape. If the foam insulation material is injected into the spacer, the foam insulation material will fill up to the slits at the points or lines of contact between the plastic panel board and the spacer, and both plastic panels will be essentially glued together on their entire surface with the foam insulation material. Therefore, even if the plastic panel board is heated and expands thermally, the adhesive strength of the plastic panel board due to the foam insulation material is uniform over the entire surface. This has the effect of preventing the plate from bulging out irregularly.
