Moreover, the rear part of the outsole main body 2a is covered by the heel member 2b, and the sliding function of the natural leather is performed only on the toe side half, so there is no need to use expensive natural leather on the entire surface, and the material is The reality was that it was a waste of money. In addition, due to the hardness peculiar to natural leather, the outsole as a whole had poor cushioning properties and was not very comfortable to wear. On the other hand, the upper 3 made of synthetic leather and the outsole main body 2a made of natural leather have poor adhesion due to their materials and are prone to so-called adhesion separation (peeling), so it is important to ensure that they are integrated. The only way to do this is by sewing, and as a result, the heel member 2b had to be adhered to the outsole main body 2a at the final stage of shoe manufacturing. In other words, it is not possible to manufacture the outsole 1 as an independent component in advance and integrate it with the upper 3 and the midsole 1 during the shoe manufacturing stage, which increases the number of steps during shoe manufacturing. However, it has the drawbacks of poor manufacturability and high manufacturing cost.

This provides a bowling shoes outsole that provides good comfort.

In addition, because the outsole body is made of sponge rubber such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, which has good adhesion to synthetic leather, the outsole body and upper leather can be integrated by adhesive. Because of this, it is possible to integrate the outsole body, sole skin, and heel member in advance, and manufacture the entire outsole as a single independent component in the preliminary stage of shoe manufacturing. becomes. moreover,
The elasticity of the sponge rubber provides unprecedented cushioning properties, making it more comfortable to wear.

This outsole 11, which has natural leather (sole skin 13) that performs a sliding function only on the toe side half, maintains the same sliding function as a conventional outsole, but has lower material costs than a conventional outsole. It's cheap. In addition, this EVA sponge rubber has the characteristics of being highly elastic, lightweight, and has excellent impact resistance.
The outsole as a whole is light and durable, and provides cushioning properties not found in conventional outsole.

As shown in FIG. 2, the peripheral edge of the outsole main body 12 is adhered to the peripheral bent part 16a of the upper 16, and the peripheral edge of the insole 15 is further adhered to the peripheral bent part 16a, so that these three are integrated. In other words, since the outsole 11 and the upper 16 are reliably integrated only by adhesion, the outsole main body 2a, the insole 1 and the upper are integrated, as in the conventional outsole 2 shown in FIG. In order to integrate with the bent portion 3a, there is no need to take a sewing method, that is, there is no need to take a step of gluing the heel member 2 to the outsole main body 2a after three-way sewing, and the heel member 14 The entire outsole 11 including the insole 11 is manufactured in advance as one independent part, and the outsole 11 is integrated with the insole 15 and the upper folded part 6a by gluing during the shoe manufacturing stage. It has become possible to take the following. As a result, in the conventional outsole 2, it was necessary at the shoe manufacturing stage.
After sewing the above, attach the main sole body 2a (natural leather) to the inner sole 1.
Also, the process of cutting to a shape and size suitable for the upper 3 and the process of bonding the heel member 2b are no longer necessary. Therefore, the shoe manufacturing efficiency is improved and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

The bent part 16a and the outsole main body 12 are bonded to each other with the bent part 16a of the upper skin being substantially accommodated in the bent part 2a. As a result, the upper skin folded portion 16a
Since there is almost no difference in level between the sole and the bottom surface of the midsole, and the entire sole of the shoe is formed flat, the shoe is comfortable to wear. In addition, the decorative member 4 glued to the upper surface periphery of the main body 2a of the conventional outsole 2 shown in FIG. In view of the needless increase in shoe manufacturing steps, the decorative member 4 is omitted in this outsole 11.

心地を得ることがきるものである。(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the outsole main body is formed of sponge rubber such as EVA, and the bottom skin made of natural leather is formed only on the toe side half of the lower surface of the outsole main body. The heel components are fixed to the remaining half of the shoe, forming the outsole as an independent component, allowing the amount of expensive natural leather used to be kept to a minimum while maintaining the necessary sliding properties. Not only can material costs be reduced, but the number of shoe manufacturing processes can be reduced to improve manufacturability and reduce manufacturing costs. Moreover, the shoe has excellent cushioning properties and provides good comfort.
