A stock solution 10' of foamed synthetic resin poured into the foaming mold 1 or the foamed material 10 is inserted into the holding portion 8 that holds the protruding portion 9a of the insert material 9 that protrudes outward from the foamed material 10. Excess foam debris enters through the holes 11 and adheres to the protruding portion 9a of the insert material 9 that protrudes outward from the foam 10, and after the foam 10 is taken out from the foam mold 1, the insert material 9 protrudes. This had the disadvantage that foam waste had to be removed from portion 9a.

In this configuration, the protruding portion 29a of the insert material 29 is inserted into the holding portion 28 of the recess 24 of the lower mold 22, the proximal end of the protruding portion 29a is held in the insertion hole 33, and the stock solution 30' of the foamed synthetic resin is injected. When the convex portions 25 of the upper mold 23 are matched, the stock solution 30' of the foamed synthetic resin flows through the foaming liquid passage 3, as shown in FIG.
The side passages 37a, 38a of 7, 38 lead to the outer passages 37b, 38b, and the fitting part 26 above the holding part 28 is sealed. Therefore, the airtightness of the holding part 28 is maintained, and there is no risk that the stock solution 30' of the foamed synthetic resin will infiltrate into the holding part 28 through the insertion hole 33. It is possible to obtain a molded product in which the protrusion 29a of the insert material 29 protrudes as shown in the figure.

The above is the configuration of one embodiment of the foam molding mold according to the present invention. According to this configuration, the protrusion of the insert material is achieved by introducing the stock solution of the foamed synthetic resin into the foaming liquid passage formed in the rubbing part. The holding part that holds the insert is kept airtight, there is no risk of the foamed synthetic resin undiluted solution entering the holding part through the insertion hole, and there is no risk of foam debris adhering to the protruding part of the insert material. There is no need to remove foam waste, and the undiluted solution of foamed synthetic resin can be used effectively.
A foam mold with excellent moldability and performance can be obtained.
