関係を示す図であり、カーブ１は従来のものであ
り、カーブ２は本考案のものである。 １……圧電バイモルフ素子、２……補強材。

- 基端側が固定され先端側が開放されてなる圧電
バイモルフ素子の２次以上の共振モードにおける
振幅の腹となる部分を補強材にて補強したことを
特徴とする圧電バイモルフ・アクチユエータ。
