(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when a sheet with such a structure is attached to the inner surface of a hose for transporting powder or granular materials, the gaps (joints) between the small ceramic pieces wear out. Particularly, there was a problem in that the joints extending in the same direction as the transportation direction of the granular material were severely worn, and became unusable in a very short period of time.

The second invention relates to a method for manufacturing the above-described wear-resistant sheet, in which two belt-shaped sheets made of unvulcanized rubber are each wound into a roll, and both belt-shaped sheets wound into the roll shape are of,
The ceramic balls are drawn out facing each other at a predetermined interval, and the supply port of the hopper containing ceramic balls whose surfaces are coated with adhesive is faced on the drawing path, and the ceramic balls in the hopper are placed between the facing sides of both strip-like sheets. The method is characterized in that a large number of belt-shaped sheets are supplied without any gaps, and then both belt-shaped sheets are supplied between a pair of pressure rolls, and the belt-shaped sheets are press-formed.

(Example) Examples of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In the figure, 1a and 1b are two belt-shaped sheets made of unvulcanized rubber, for example, 2.5 mm thick,
Using band-shaped sheets 1a and 1b with a width of 50 mm and an appropriate length, the sheets 1a and 1b are faced to each other, and between these facing sides, a sheet with a diameter of 3 mm is coated with adhesive 3 on the surface.
Alternatively, the wear-resistant sheet A is obtained by inserting a large number of 5 mm ceramic balls 2 without gaps, and by pressure-forming both of the belt-shaped sheets 1a and 1b.

Therefore, the thickness of the band-shaped sheets 1a and 1b is determined by the thickness of the ceramic balls 2 when the sheets are pressure-molded.
The surface of... is exposed, or the strip sheets 1a, 1
The surface of the ceramic ball 2 should preferably be set at least 30% or more of the diameter of the ceramic ball 2, so that no unevenness is formed on the surface of the ceramic ball 2. A part of the sulfur rubber will enter the gap between the spherical surfaces of the adjacent ceramic balls 2, and will securely hold the ceramic balls 2. Become.

Next, the band-shaped sheet 1a provided with the ceramic balls 2... and the upper band-shaped sheet 1b are placed between a pair of pressure rollers 6, 7 while facing each other so as to sandwich the ceramic balls 2... on the band-shaped sheet 1a. The belt-like sheets 6 and 7 are pressure-molded to form the abrasion-resistant sheet A having the structure as described above.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the wear-resistant sheet according to the present invention is used to prevent wear of the hose by pasting it spirally on the inner surface of a hose for transporting powder or granules, for example. When the innermost belt-like sheet is worn out during transportation of the body, ceramic balls appear without any gaps on the entire inner surface of the hose, preventing further abrasion, and the remaining belt-like sheet ensures that the ceramic balls are As a whole, the hose for transporting powder and granular materials can be used continuously for a long period of time, and the flexibility of the transport hose is not impaired, that is, there are no gaps throughout the inner surface of the hose. However, since this ceramic layer is made up of a large number of balls, the flexibility of the transportation hose can be maintained.
