Kitchin uses water. The same goes for toilets and bathrooms. The general term for any one, two, or all of these three is often ``space around water.''
By the way, there is no need to refer to any specific literature, but it is said that the space between the facility and the ceiling in such a water area is a space that is rarely used for anything other than storage. However, due to reasons such as denser residential areas and soaring land prices, expanding the habitable or semi-habitable space inside houses is an urgent need and is strongly desired by not only builders but also residents in general. By the way.

Therefore, the problem with the prior art is that it is not possible to provide a house structure unit that allows the space above the water area to be used as a semi-habitable space, and that also exhibits unique beauty as an embodiment of the house. It's about staying alive.

In the present invention, in a house structure unit having a complete living space and a water-related space, a mid-level ceiling/floor part is provided that covers the water-related space, and this ceiling/floor part extends toward the full living space. A semi-residential compartment is formed above the water area by extending it in an overhanging configuration, and a vertical or nearly vertical staircase is provided at the end of the overhanging extension, excluding windows, entrances, etc. The entire unit is surrounded by a concrete wall and is a block-shaped house structure unit.In addition, in the above, "semi-residential section" means, firstly, that when an adult stands up, his/her head can rest on the ceiling and the unit is completely flat. The second reason is that it has a height that makes it impossible to live comfortably. The second reason is that it has a height that makes it impossible to live comfortably. The second reason is that it has a height that makes it impossible to live comfortably. This refers to a section that can only be used for semi-residential/semi-storage purposes, such as partial storage. Incidentally, by providing stairs, it becomes possible to move between the above-mentioned full residential space and the semi-residential space, although it is possible to move back and forth between the above-mentioned full residential space and the semi-residential space. The reason for this is that if the slope is too gentle, it will unnecessarily reduce the effective utilization of the complete living space, and it will also impede the unique aesthetic appearance that can be achieved by providing such ladder-like stairs. It is. Furthermore, as for the above-mentioned "concrete wall", part or all of it is made of reinforced concrete,
PS concrete, lightweight concrete with or without reinforcement, or concrete block construction may be used.

FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing the interior of an improved house structure unit 1 according to the present invention with the ceiling removed, and 2 is the complete living space that usually occupies the majority of the space. Reference numeral 3 denotes a water-related space that is provided adjacently with or without a partition, and in the illustrated example is configured as a kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. Reference numeral 4 denotes a mid-level ceiling and floor section installed above this water-related space 3, and is configured to extend above the complete living space 2, so that the water-related area A semi-residential compartment 5 is formed above the space 3, increasing the effective area of the compartment and enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the otherwise ordinary house structure unit 1. A vertical or nearly vertical staircase 6 is provided at the end of the above-mentioned overhanging extension of the ceiling/floor section 4. The angle of inclination of the stairs 6 is approximately 80° in the illustrated embodiment. In the illustrated example, the semi-residential compartment 5 is provided with a bed 7 and a storage compartment 8, symbolizing that it is neither a complete residential space nor a complete storage space, but is for semi-residential use. By providing the stairs 6, mutual transportation between the full living space 2 and the semi-living space 5 is possible, although it is somewhat inconvenient, and the aesthetic appearance of the house structure unit 1 as a whole is improved. It's increasing. In addition, by making almost the entire house structure unit 1 a concrete wall 9 except for entrances and windows, etc., it is convenient to incorporate the house structure unit 1 into the whole house or to stack it up and down. be. In addition, from the floor surface 3a of the space 3 around water,
The preferred height from the ceiling/floor part 4 of the middle level is about 1.9 m, and the height from the floor to the ceiling of the semi-residential compartment 5 is conveniently about 0.9 to 1.4 m. The explanation so far has been based on the vertical cross-sectional view in Figure 2,
A clearer understanding may be obtained by also referring to the horizontal cross-sectional views of FIGS. 3 and 4. Finally, it should be noted that the house structure unit of the present invention may be used as is, but if necessary, it may be built into a part of a large house, or it may be constructed in two layers in the vertical direction. It is also possible to assemble and construct three layers. As the fasteners and joints necessary for this purpose can be selected and used from publicly known fasteners, illustrations and explanations are omitted.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the house structure unit according to the present invention, the effective livability can be significantly increased by providing a semi-living section above the water-related space, and at the same time, the house structure unit as a whole is extremely ordinary. It has the effect of significantly enhancing the aesthetic appearance of a conventional house structure.
