(Prior Art) Conventionally, in switchgears, an insulating barrier has been placed between each phase switching section and between the external phase switching section and the grounding section of the mechanism section, etc. As an example, in cased switches, as shown in Figures 7 to 10 (see Figure 1),
Approximately U-shaped insulating barrier stops 32 and 33 are fixed to the upper and lower parts of the switch case 31 by welding on the inner surface, and the upper and lower peripheral edges of the interphase barrier 30 are loosely inserted into the insulating barrier stops 32 and 33. .

Then, after inserting the upper part of the interphase barrier 30 into the insulating barrier stopper 32 as described above, the split pin 34
are inserted into the insertion holes 35 provided on both sides of the insulating barrier stopper 32 and the interphase barrier 30.

The reason for loosely inserting the interphase barrier 30 into the insulating barrier stops 32 and 33 in this way is to simplify assembly, and also to prevent the interphase barrier 30 from being inserted during maintenance and disassembly.
This is to facilitate maintenance and inspection of the opening/closing drive shaft, etc., which drives the opening/closing parts of each phase to open/close at the same time by making it easy to remove.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) As mentioned above, the conventional mounting structure of the interphase barrier 30 is loosely inserted into the insulating barrier stops 32 and 33, so when the switch is installed, etc. When it moves, the insulating barrier 30 moves and generates a sound,
When mounted on a pole, there is a risk that abnormal noises may be generated due to vibrations when a large vehicle or the like is running. However, since the switch case 31 is in a sealed state, if the sound is heard from outside, it is difficult to determine whether it is the sound caused by the rattling of the interphase barrier 30 or from other mechanical parts, opening/closing parts, etc. It is difficult to distinguish, and there is a problem in that the user is concerned that this may be due to looseness due to improper assembly of other members installed inside the switch case 31, for example.

Structure of the invention (means for solving the problem) This invention consists of an insulating barrier stopper that is fixedly installed in the main body case of a switch for positioning at least four corners of the insulating barrier, and that is formed in a channel-like cross section. A clamping protrusion is provided on the inner surface of the tip of each clamping piece to releasably clamp the insulating barrier using the elasticity of the clamping piece, and an insulating barrier is provided from the apex of the clamping protrusion to the periphery of the clamping piece. Each clamping piece of the insulation barrier stopper that forms a guide surface that guides in the clamping direction and further positions at least two corners of the insulation barrier has a split pin or the like that is inserted through the insulation barrier clamped by the clamping protrusion. The insertion holes for inserting the insertion members are formed to correspond to each other.

Further, an interphase barrier 1 is provided as an insulating barrier that partitions the fixed electrode portion 3 and the movable contact blade 4 for each phase.
4 is attached at both upper and lower ends of both sides to the inner surface of the flange 6 of the main body case 1 and the lower inner surface of the main body case 1 with insulating barrier stops 15 and 16 welded and fixed. That is, the insulating barrier stops 15 and 16 are formed into a channel-shaped cross section by connecting the base ends of a pair of clamping pieces 17 facing each other with a connecting piece 18.

A clamping protrusion 19 is provided on the inner surface of the tip of each clamping piece 17 by press working, and the clamping protrusion 19 is provided on three sides of the tip of the clamping piece 17 excluding the connecting piece 18 side. A guide surface 20 that guides the interphase barrier 14 in the sandwiching direction is formed from the apex of the clamping piece 17 to the periphery of the distal end of the clamping piece 17, and the interphase barrier 14 is elastically clamped so as to be detachable. Furthermore, insertion holes 21 are formed in each clamping piece 17 of the insulation barrier stopper 15 located above in correspondence with each other. A cotter pin 22 serving as an insertion member that is inserted through 14 is inserted and locked.

Now, as mentioned above, the insulating barrier stops 15 and 16 fixed to the inner surface of the main body case 1 are attached to both clamping pieces 17.
Since the peripheral edge of the interphase barrier 14 is elastically clamped between the clamping protrusions 19, there is no possibility that the interphase barrier 14 will wobble. Therefore, during transportation or installation of this switch, the interphase barrier 14 may become loose, causing the main body case 1
No sound is generated from within, and when installed on poles, this interphase barrier does not generate any abnormal noise due to vibrations caused by large vehicles traveling on roads with utility poles. Therefore, abnormal noise caused by the interphase barrier from the switch is avoided, and it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the abnormal noise may be due to poor assembly of parts. It is possible to easily detect abnormal noises coming from other places, and prevent the spread of major accidents.

Further, the interphase barrier 14 is connected to an insulating barrier stopper 15,1.
6, the peripheral edge of the interphase barrier 14 is attached to the guide surface 20 provided at the tip of the clamping piece 17.
Since it is guided to the clamping protrusion 14 by the barrier, it is possible to easily assemble the barrier without placing restrictions on the insertion direction.

Note that this invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and in addition to the interphase barrier 14, an insulating barrier that is interposed between the opening/closing part and the opening/closing operation mechanism that drives the opening/closing part to open and close the main body case 1. It can also be used when attaching to the insulation barrier stopper 1.
It is also possible to make arbitrary changes without departing from the spirit of this invention, such as providing the guide surface 20 only on the top of the tips of the tips 5 and 16 and on the side opposite to the connecting piece 18.

Effects of the invention As detailed above, in this invention, the insulating barrier stopper elastically clamps the insulating barrier placed inside the switch, so the insulating barrier does not rattle and the sound of rattling is not generated. Never. Therefore, in addition to clarifying the cause of the abnormal noise generated from the switch, we will also investigate whether the rattling noise caused by the rattling of the barrier is caused by improper assembly of the internal parts of the switch case during transportation of the switch, or when mounting the switch on a pole. This will not make construction workers or customers feel anxious about the possibility of damage. Furthermore, when assembling the insulating barrier to the insulating barrier stopper, the guide surface formed at the tip of the clamping piece allows the periphery of the insulating barrier to be guided between the clamping protrusions, thereby constraining the direction in which the barrier is inserted. This is an excellent idea for industrial use, as it has the effect of allowing easy assembly without any problems.
