ターへの水蒸気の供給管路に第１のオリフイスを
介装し、前記フイルターから前記凝縮器への水蒸
気の供給管路に第２のオリフイスを介装して、前
記フイルターにおける水蒸気の圧力を、前記水蒸
気発生装置からの水蒸気の供給圧よりも低くかつ
大気圧よりも高い所定圧に設定することにより、
前記フイルターにおける水蒸気の温度をフイルタ
ーの連続使用許容最高温度程度にする構成とした
