ある。(Prior art) As a conventional binding device, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-125107
The base end of the binding arm of the device disclosed in the publication is pivotally supported by a support member erected on a base, and the binding arm is provided so as to be movable up and down about this axis. The tape is therefore drawn out diagonally between the tape holding device and the free end of the binding arm. When the objects to be bound are pressed against the obliquely pulled out tape and the objects are bound while the binding arm is tilted, the following problem arises. In other words, when the object is pressed against the tape, the tape sticks to the object, so there is no slippage between the tape and the object, so the object is pulled out diagonally while turning the object forward. The items to be bound must be placed on the mounting table by pushing in the tape. In this way, the tape is wound around the object while turning the object forward, so when the object swings laterally to the tape that has been pulled out, the tape snakes around the outer surface of the object. It will be wound. For this reason, there is a problem that the adhesive surfaces of the tapes cannot be bonded together by pressure when bundling, and that the tapes that are tied in a meandering manner have a poor appearance. In addition, since the object to be bound and the tape are stuck together, if the object to be bound is not rotated forward enough, a tensile force will be generated in the tape end grip of the tape holding device and the grip will come off. There is.

The second belt pulley 14 will rotate clockwise. The rotational force of the second sheave belt 14 is transmitted to the third sheave belt 16 via the second belt 18, and the third sheave belt 16 rotates clockwise. Therefore, the tape reel 9 to which the large diameter portion 16a of the third belt pulley 16 is pressed rotates counterclockwise, and as a result, the binding tape T is unwound from the tape reel 9.

The belt pulley 16 will rotate counterclockwise, and as a result, the tape reel 9 will rotate clockwise, so a force in the unwinding direction will act on the binding tape T, causing the tape T to be in a tensioned state. will be held. To rewind this tape T,
This continues until the tape is crimped by the binding arm 6, which will be described later.

40 is a bearing thereof. This rotary disk 38 is provided with object placement parts 41, 42, and 43 at 120-degree symmetrical positions in the circumferential direction, and in FIG. 4, the position where the object placement part 41 is present is Placement station for objects to be bound, object placement section 4 for objects to be bound
The position where 2 exists is the binding station for the objects to be bound, the position where the object to be bound section 43 is located is the dropping station for the objects to be bound, and 44 is the object to be bound. The rotary disk 38 is rotated in the direction of the arrow X in FIG.
Reference numeral 6 denotes the cam surface, which is in the shape of an arc centered on the rotating shaft 39. A shaft 47 is installed on the side surface of the rotary disk 24 at a symmetrical position of 120 degrees, and a drive plate 48 is rotatably provided on this shaft 47.
The drive plate 48 has a roller 49 and a toothed portion 50, is biased in the illustrated direction by a spring 51, and is stopped from rotating in the biased direction by a stopper pin 51'. . roller 49
is configured so that it slides into contact with the cam surface 46 while the object placement section rotates from the placement station toward the drop station. A bundling member 54 is provided to rotate integrally with the gear 52. Here, the bundling member 54 includes an arc-shaped bundling plate 55 and an elastic bundling rope 56. The bundling member 54 faces the object placing section 41 from the open side thereof, and the drive plate 48 moves the object during the process from the placing station to the bundling station. The roller 49 is rotated in sliding contact with the cam surface 46, and the rotation of the drive plate 48 is transmitted to the gear 52, the bundling member 54 is rotated, and the objects to be bound 4 are rotated.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a device that is tightened and bundled from the loading station to the binding station, and after the binding of the objects 44 is completed, the action of the spring 51 is applied during the process from the binding station to the dropping station. The drive plate 51 is rotated by this, and the bundling member 54 is rotated in the direction to release the bundling.

It has a function of tensioning the binding tape tensioning part up to c almost horizontally, and in the process from when the object 44 to be bound comes into contact with the binding tape to reaching the binding station, the tensioning of the binding tape is As shown in FIG. 4, when the cylinder 5 is driven, the binding arm 6 is moved forward toward the tape holding device 27 and changed from the standby leaning position to the standing position. The binding tape is wound around the object to be bound 44 in a trajectory that leads to the crimped and tilted position shown in FIG. Since it is wound around the object to be bound 44 as if it were wrapping around the object to be bound 44, the binding tape T is wound tightly around the object to be bound 44, and the binding tape T is wrapped around the object to be bound 44. This ensures that the binding tape T is wound securely.

A brush 57 is provided so as to face the winding end of the binding tape T wound around the object to be bound 44, and this sticking brush 57 sticks the winding end to the object to be bound 44 and binds the object. It has the function of improving the appearance of the objects to be bound.

As a result, the pulled out binding tape becomes almost horizontal, and when placing objects to be bound on the mounting table, no tension is applied to the grip at the cut end of the tape, and the binding tape is Since the tape portion is wrapped around the object to be bound over the entire circumference of the object to be bound, as if wrapping around the object to be bound, the binding tape is wound in close contact with the object to be bound. This ensures that the binding tape is wound around the objects to be bound.
